We are excited to bring Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten to the Epping Wollert Community. Our service is a state-of-the-art facility with beautiful indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn and grow in. The 8 spacious rooms in the centre supports children through their entire learning journey, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old.

The Piazza
Mealtimes, along with our Aspire sustainability program which feature, edible gardens and children’s cooking classes will be hosted in our Piazza. This space will bring our community of children together to share learning experiences that occur during these important times. Shared time across multiple age groups allows diverse relationships to flourish. Older children develop responsibility, increase their confidence and independence skills as they model positive behaviours to support the younger children throughout these learning experiences. Younger children will also benefit immensely from these experiences, as they mimic the positive behaviours of older children, propelling the development of their confidence and independence.
Our Programs
Nursery
Our intimate nursery spaces provide families with the support and assurance they need, to bring their children into an early learning environment for the first time. Our experienced and professional team of educators work in partnership with each family to ensure their child’s needs are met. You, the family, are recognised and valued as your child’s first teacher. Therefore, the goals you set for your child make the foundation of your child’s program at Aspire. We feel privileged to have the opportunity to nurture your child’s infant development alongside you, and strive to instil an enduring curiosity, exploration and a love of learning which will follow your child through to their Kindergarten and school years.
Step into Prep
Our 3–5-year-old “Step into Prep” program is a government funded program, providing children with two years of Kindergarten in the lead up to Primary School. The program is designed with a collaborative approach, consulting with our schools and wider community, to ensure children are equipped with the skills they need to successfully move into their next stage of learning. As children move towards their school years, we aim to capture and develop their emerging interests to further progress their love of learning. The program adopts a wide range of teaching methods to embrace all learning styles, including intentional teaching and project work led by our qualified and experienced teachers, play based learning led by the children and extra-curricular activities and excursions. The overarching goals of our school readiness program is to equip each and every child with the tools, confidence and autonomy of learning, to empower them to reach their full potential, as they Step into Prep.

My Name is Rebecca Carpanzano. I am excited to be a part of Aspire Wollert as Centre Director. I am an incredibly passionate and energetic leader of the team with over a decade of experience in leadership in the early childhood industry.
I believe in treating each child as an individual and valuable community member. Forging positive relationships with the child and their families, as well as within the local community, is something that I’m very proud our centre commits to. At Aspire Wollert we don’t view each family and team member as just another number, we take a personal approach.
Seeing the children laugh and have fun is exactly why I love my job. It brings me so much joy when I am able to provide an environment full of encouraging learning spaces as well as a safe and welcoming space for families to use as their chosen education and care provider.
I strongly believe that it is a privilege to be a part of children’s development and growth, this is a passion that I share every day with my team.
