Aspire Baldivis Childcare Centre

Aspire Baldivis Outdoor Area Red Scooter

We are thrilled to bring Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten to the Baldivis community. Aspire Baldivis, located at the southern end of Baldivis, is surrounded by expansive nature reserves and bushland. It is also a short distance from Pine View Primary School and Baldivis South Community Centre.

The childcare centre is conveniently close to the Karnup Road exit on the Kwinana Freeway, making your commute to and from work easier.

The Baldivis Community

Aspire Baldivis has fit seamlessly into the local community since it opened in May 2024. The childcare centre has a community pantry, as well as a free street library, kindly donated by Rockingham Council.

The centre also has cultivated a wonderful connection with the Indigenous Community on which the land sits. Baldivis hosted a Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country event, to deepen these meaningful relationships. The centre also holds monthly incursions with local Indigenous community member Cyril, who hosted the event.

Centre Highlights

Aspire Early Education Baldivis provides many fun experiences to children in each of its learning hubs. One highlight is the wide range of weekly and monthly incursions the childcare centre runs. Learn more about them below!

Jazzie Shazzies is an exhilarating, high-energy, interactive class catered for 1-5-year-olds. Classes are bursting with energy, featuring many props, beloved children's tunes, and dynamic activities. The children enjoy a lively experience of singing, dancing and moving to music. As well as this, classes are in line with Early Years Learning Framework.

This monthly incursion showcases the rich First Nations history of the land on which Aspire Baldivis sits. Local Indigenous community member Cyril visits our centre to educate the children on native animals and plants, and also the important cultures of his peoples. Connecting to the land on which we play, learn and grow on is extremely important, and is a focus of our centre. Learn more about Aspire Baldivis' Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony!

Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten centres frequently run engaging and exciting excursions throughout the year. This differs from centre to centre, but may include excursions such as Bush Kinder, farm visits, walking to a local park or to local primary schools. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, as they align with Aspire's curriculum and the interests of the children.

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.

Centre Facilities

The Baldivis childcare centre boasts a modern, catering-style kitchen with generous food storage space, and plenty of room for our chefs to make their delicious meals! As well as that, the daycare centre has an outside piazza space where children can share meals, play and take part in a range of activities. The outdoor space, shielded from the elements, is also the perfect space for cooking classes!

Aspire Baldivis contains five spacious rooms, specifically built for children at every stage of their early learning journey. These childcare and kindergarten rooms are filled with high-quality educational toys and equipment, books, crafts and imaginative play experiences. It’s no wonder the children find something new to do every day!

Another daycare centre highlight is the fantastic outdoor play areas! With both a toddler/nursery and kinder play spaces, there are plenty of fun things to do outdoors. The centrepiece is a large wooden playground with places to climb, play and slide.

Aspire Baldivis Programs

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten have three main programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development, by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.

Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.

The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.

Aspire Early Education Baldivis has a robust Pre-Kindy and Kindy program to support children's growth and development as they step into primary school. Our play-based programs are designed by kindergarten teachers, as well as early primary school teachers. The teaching team also considers what the children are interested in learning about, and tailors activities, topics and learning opportunities around these interests. Inquiry-based learning helps kindergarten children develop new hobbies and makes them feel as if their interests are listened to. This ensures that the children in our care receive an education that will allow them to thrive and prepare them for future education.

Meet the Centre Manager for Baldivis

Natalie Stevens

Hi, my name is Natalie and I am the Centre Manager at Aspire Baldivis. I began my journey in 2012, progressing through roles from educator to Centre Manager. I value fostering a warm, family-oriented environment where staff, families, and children thrive together.

Community engagement has been a highlight of my career, from organising pop-up playgroups to career expos. My goal is to build strong connections with families and my team, ensuring exceptional outcomes for all. Outside work, I enjoy family time with my two children and partner, often swimming or relaxing by the pool. Seeing my team and children flourish brings me immense joy and I look forward to connecting with each of the families at Aspire Baldivis.
