“I began my Aspire journey in 2021 when I arrived in Bendigo. Initially, I joined on a casual basis, balancing my university studies. Over time, I transitioned to a full-time role on the floor and earned a promotion to Educational Leader. Now, I am thrilled to serve as the Assistant Director at one of our Bendigo services.
One of the best aspects of working at Aspire is the amazing team I have the pleasure of working with. They are consistently supportive and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Moving into the Assistant Director role has given me valuable insights into behind-the-scenes management. This experience has broadened my perspective and sparked a desire to progress further in my career. My goal is to become a Centre Director or Area Manager, and potentially beyond.
