"I started working at Aspire Atherstone in 2023 as an ECT 3 year old Kindergarten teacher, where we focused on providing quality care and developing social and emotional wellbeing for children. I worked full time in this role before progressing into an Educational Leader role, and then Head of Curriculum.
Working at Aspire has provided opportunity for growth in my career. It has allowed me to extend myself and develop meaningful relationships not only within my service at Aspire Atherstone but across the whole of Aspire. I am fortunate to work with such an incredible team who supports best practice for all children.
My goal is to continue to develop my skills and growth and share my knowledge across the company in a mentoring role, to further support the growth of all educators across Aspire."

"I began my journey with Aspire in 2021 as a Toddler Room Leader at the Clyde North centre. During my time at Clyde North, I have moved into the Centre Support Coordinator Role, which I thoroughly enjoy. I chose Aspire as an early childhood educator because they support educators in achieving their career goals and provides quality care and education to young children.
Since joining, I've received tremendous support from Kylie, Durga, and Anjie, and we enjoy a collaborative and appreciative team environment. The teamwork, support and camaraderie we have at the centre makes coming into work especially enjoyable. Working at Clyde North has truly been an honour. I look forward to succeeding in my career with Aspire and I am a proud member of the Aspire family!"
