It is conveniently located next to The Place Cobblebank, a new local shopping hub with 14 retail and commercial spaces. Aspire Cobblebank is also near Cobblebank Train Station and Strathtulloh Primary School, making it a perfect childcare solution for working parents.

Our Cobblebank childcare centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, which offers every child the opportunity to succeed.

Regular Incursions

At Aspire Cobblebank, we offer exciting incursion programs that provide new experiences for the children and help them develop new interests and skills. These include:

Mad about Science Workshops - For Kinder on a Monthly basis

Nutritious Meals

At Aspire Cobblebank, our in-centre chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals every day, guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines. Our approach to food focuses on variety, balance, and mindful eating to support children’s healthy growth and development.

We focus on variety, balance and whole foods with each meal containing vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy. Our chefs also make mealtimes special, whether it's baking a birthday cake or preparing a festive spread to celebrate an occasion. Food is a meaningful and joyful part of our community.

Purpose Built

Our purpose-built childcare facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The eight learning spaces have design features fit for each age group. These rooms foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning. Designed to help your child learn and grow, they will quickly develop a love of learning and a sense of community in their rooms.

8 Well-Equipped Rooms

Within our eight well-equipped indoor rooms, children participate in a range of daily activities including arts and craft, music, sports, reading and more. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. This makes it easy for children to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting a holistic learning experience for the children.

Spacious Outdoor Area

The spacious outdoor yard features a playground with different areas for each age group. Children are free to explore the outdoor environments including playground areas, sand pits, veggie gardens, rock climbing features, and more. Additionally, our programs actively promote the message of environmental consciousness and sustainability.

Early Education Programs

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.

Nursery

Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.

Toddlers

The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.

3-Year-Old Kindergarten

Aspire’s Kickstart to Kinder program is specially designed for three-year-olds, offering a warm and engaging introduction to their kindergarten journey. Created in collaboration with kindergarten and local primary school teachers, the program supports each child’s social, emotional and early literacy development.

With a balance of structured and play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence and develop independence. This approach helps lay the foundation for a smooth transition into four-year-old kindergarten and a lifelong love of learning.

4-Year-Old Kindergarten

Aspire’s Step into Prep program is designed for four-year-olds to confidently prepare for primary school in a supportive and stimulating environment. Building on skills developed in earlier years, the program focuses on independence, communication, and critical thinking.

The program combines hands-on activities with intentional learning experiences designed to nurture curiosity and resilience. Our educators work closely with each child, tailoring support to their strengths and interests. This thoughtful approach helps children feel confident and ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of primary school.

Funded Kindergarten – Childcare Subsidy

The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care kindergarten program.

As of 2025 families can save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.

The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children access the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.

Suhaila Shah

Hi, I’m Suhaila Shah, the Centre Manager at Aspire Cobblebank.

I joined Aspire bringing valuable experience in the early childhood education sector, having started my career in 2015. I hold a bachelor’s degree in teaching and have worked across a range of roles; Room Leader, Kindergarten Teacher, Educational Leader, Head of Curriculum and now Centre Manager.

What inspires me about Aspire is our shared purpose and the strong values that guide everything we do. Inspiring and Nurturing, Building Trust, Empowering Excellence, and Connecting Communities all resonate with me and shape how I lead, support and collaborate every day.

Inspiring and nurturing every child, educator and family is central to my philosophy. I believe in creating environments where children feel safe, valued and supported to explore and grow. At the same time, I’m dedicated to nurturing the growth and potential of our team, supporting them to shine as confident, capable professionals.

I lead with empathy and transparency, fostering open communication and strong, respectful relationships with families, staff and the broader community. I’m committed to mentoring others, building a positive team culture, and ensuring our centre is inclusive, welcoming and connected.
