Aspire Pakenham Childcare Centre
Quality Education and Care for Your Child
At Aspire Pakenham, we cater to children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our centre is ideal for parents looking for a long-term childcare solution. Carers at our Pakenham centre take the time to build strong relationships with every child. This helps to foster a lifelong love of learning, that begins in early childhood.
Progressing from the nursery through to our Kindergarten program, your child will experience a rich, play-based education. This allows them to learn at their own pace, whilst building social skills by engaging with their peers. Our Pakenham centre is warm and inviting. The interior has a variety of glass windows which offer natural light throughout the centre, dedicated learning areas and room for every child to explore.
We recognise the role of the family in a child’s education, and we operate in a community minded manner. We are always open for consultation and feedback. We believe that constructive feedback is key to creating an educational environment in which every child feels comfortable.
Expansive Outdoor Environment
It is important for children to engage with the outdoors as much as possible. At this purpose-built childcare Pakenham centre, our outdoor play area connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. With soft green lawns, modern design elements and secure locked gates children can explore a variety of environments and facilities. Outdoor facilities include cubby houses, veggie gardens, bike paths, sand pits, dry creek beds and a rock-climbing area. There are three different playgrounds available, each suited to a different age group. This helps to support positive peer bonding and ensure that play equipment is age appropriate.
The child’s learning is always supervised as they explore new environments and discover new concepts. We encourage a sense of environmental responsibility and respect for the natural world within children. This helps to pave the way for greener, and more sustainable futures.
Caring, Compassionate Staff who Cater to Individual Needs
Our educators aim to build strong relationships with all children. They are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of every child under our care. It is important that every child feels a sense of belonging and a part of the community. We recognise that no two children are ever alike, and we are more than willing to cater to individual needs.
We take the time discuss with family any special which enables us to provide the best possible care and education for every child. It is the collaborative approach between educators and parents which has allowed us to become the leading early education centre in Pakenham.
Educators within our Kindergarten Educational Program hold bachelor’s degrees as a minimum and are fully qualified as Early Childhood Teachers. We take a combined approach towards teaching incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
Our wish is for every child is that they become happy and engaged learners. During their time at Aspire Pakenham, they will develop a sense of identity, feel connected and a sense that they are contributing within our community.
This will make the transition into school years much easier, as they will have highly developed communication and learning skills. These are two of the most necessary skills for the modern world.
Meet our centre manager.
Hello, my name is Natasha, and I am the Centre Manager of Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Pakenham. I have been with Aspire Pakenham since our opening in 2019. I am diploma qualified and have been an early childcare educator for over 9 years.
My passion for early childhood education began after I became a mother to my three children, my philosophy being that the most important investment that we will ever make for our children, a high-quality education that sets the foundation for their life. It is vital that we as adults, give children the mental, emotional, physical, and social skills that will allow them to be successful and capable adults.
I believe that education starts at home, with you, as parents and caregivers, you are your child’s first teachers. But as children grow, we as educators, are privileged to be able to become a part of the team that continues to care for and educate your children, helping them to be ready for their next adventure.
It was with this passion and dedication to ensure that all children can access high quality and inclusive education, that I chose to join Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten. With a philosophy and vision that aligns with my own, I feel very privileged that I am a part of this amazing community.
I look forward to meeting you and your family and can’t wait to start our new journey together.
