Our Cranbourne West childcare centre is supported by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators who are passionate about providing high-quality care and education. At Aspire Cranbourne West childcare, building strong community connections is an important part of our program. Through local partnerships and experiences, children learn about the world around them and feel a strong sense of belonging in their community.
Our community connections include:
Aspire Cranbourne West's long daycare offers many weekly, fortnightly and monthly incursions for the different rooms in the centre. Check out our list of fun, creative, engaging and educational incursions that we run throughout the year.
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten centres frequently run engaging and exciting excursions throughout the year. This differs from centre to centre, but may include excursions such as Bush Kinder, farm visits, walking to a local park or to local primary schools. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, as they align with Aspire's curriculum and the interests of the children.
At Aspire Cranbourne West, our in-centre chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals every day, guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines. Our approach to food focuses on variety, balance, and mindful eating to support children’s healthy growth and development.
We focus on variety, balance and whole foods with each meal containing vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy. Our chefs also make mealtimes special, whether it's baking a birthday cake or preparing a festive spread to celebrate an occasion. Food is a meaningful and joyful part of our community.
Our purpose-built childcare facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The eight learning spaces have design features fit for each age group and foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning.
Designed to help your child learn and grow, they will quickly develop a love of learning and a sense of community in their rooms. This is exemplified by all our children, whether they are starting in nursery or attending our Kindergarten program.
The welcoming, open foyer area of our childcare centre is the perfect spot to grab a coffee as your child races off into their rooms each morning. Don't forget to say hi to the fish in the fish tank on your way in or out!
Within our indoor rooms, children participate in a range of long daycare activities including language classes, music and sports programs, reading and more. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. Children are free to explore our range of outdoor environments, including sand pits, vegetable gardens, bike paths, rock climbing, swing sets, slides and cubby houses.

Hi, I’m Belinda Moore, Centre Manager at Aspire Cranbourne West. Since joining Aspire, I’ve felt truly valued and supported to make sure that the work we do each day has a real impact and delivers the best outcomes for our children and families.
The Aspire value that resonates most with me is Connecting Communities. I believe families need to feel a genuine connection and know that we work in partnership with them. Children should always feel secure and heard, with every opportunity to engage in their learning. Our role is to ensure that everything we do has a positive outcome for each and every child.
I’ve been part of the early education sector since 1999, started as a support educator for three years before completing my dual diploma in Community Services and Early Childhood Education and Care in 2002. I then stepped into a senior educator role for two years, where I discovered my passion for mentoring others and supporting high-quality care. Since then, I’ve been managing early learning services with a focus on maintaining genuine connections and a holistic approach.
My vision is for every child to have access to quality care and education. I love guiding educators to grow in their skills and mindset, building a strong passion for authentic learning. I believe in being proactive (not reactive!) in how we live, teach and grow. Outside of work, I enjoy music, being creative and a good chat!

Hi, I'm Nataliya, Head of Curriculum at Aspire Cranbourne West. What I love most about working at Aspire are the wonderful children and the amazing team. Throughout my journey here, I’ve always felt a strong sense of connection. I really enjoy supporting the children and my colleagues, understanding their needs, and sharing what I know every day.
The Aspire value that resonates with me most is Building Trust. Building strong, trusting relationships with children and my colleagues is so important to me. I see the learning environment as a powerful “third teacher”, every day I aim to make our centre feel warm, inspiring and connected for all of us.
I hold a Bachelor of Business (Management and Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood. I began my early education career in 2020 as an assistant educator at this centre, then worked as a Room Leader at Aspire Pakenham, Head of Curriculum at Bella Estate, and now I’m proud to be back where it all started. It’s an incredible gift to be part of each child’s beautiful journey and every day is filled with the joy of nurturing curious minds and creating spaces where children can explore and learn. To me, it’s like giving them the tools to unwrap their own potential. Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring different countries to understand diverse cultures and traditions. I also love singing, music is where I find peace within myself.
