About Us
Aspire Truganina is part of the Westbrook Estate and caters for children aged 6 weeks old in our nursery to 6 years old within our comprehensive Kindergarten Program. We are conveniently located a short distance from Tarneit Station, Tarneit Central Shopping Centre and a short walk to Yamada Community Park.
The considered double storey design provides two spacious outdoor environments to meet the needs of individual age groups. The centre has 7 homely rooms and designed for specific age groups and development. The downstairs outdoor space has an Under the Sea theme with a giant whale climbing structure for children to climb and explore.
What we Offer
As parents, we understand that life can be busy, that’s why everything is included within your child’s fees. All daily necessities (such as nappies and linen) are provided and there are no hidden or extra charges. Your child will be supplied with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, which are all prepared by our qualified cook. All meals are made fresh and meet Nutrition Australia’s Dietary Guidelines.
Your child will have the opportunity to participate in a range of extracurricular activities such as language and music, as well as physical education programs. Striking a balance between theoretical and practical learning helps to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of children whilst also strengthening social skills and cognitive development.
Our Programs
Our intimate nursery spaces provide families with the support and assurance they need, to bring their children into an early learning environment for the first time. Our experienced and professional team of educators work in partnership with each family to ensure their child’s needs are met. You, the family, are recognised and valued as your child’s first teacher. Therefore, the goals you set for your child make the foundation of your child’s program at Aspire. We feel privileged to have the opportunity to nurture your child’s infant development alongside you, and strive to instil an enduring curiosity, exploration and a love of learning which will follow your child through to their Kindergarten and school years.
Our 3–5-year-old “Step into Prep” program is a government funded program, providing children with two years of Kindergarten in the lead up to Primary School. The program is designed with a collaborative approach, consulting with our schools and wider community, to ensure children are equipped with the skills they need to successfully move into their next stage of learning. As children move towards their school years, we aim to capture and develop their emerging interests to further progress their love of learning. The program adopts a wide range of teaching methods to embrace all learning styles, including intentional teaching and project work led by our qualified and experienced teachers, play based learning led by the children and extra-curricular activities and excursions. The overarching goals of our school readiness program is to equip each and every child with the tools, confidence, and autonomy of learning, to empower them to reach their full potential, as they Step into Prep.
Meet our centre manager.
Hello, my name is Soledad Andrade. I have a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and have worked in the Early Childhood Industry for the last 22 years.
I believe every child and family is unique, with their own need, strengths, story, and interest. Therefore, their feedback is a vital aspect of my program because it enables me to understand and advocate for diversity throughout the program.
I uphold that early childhood profoundly impacts every child’s life and learning, for which I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, positive, welcoming, and fun program where every child can thrive with confidence and excitement.
As a leader, I provide the foundation for work, learning and a community environment that values communication, competency, and trust by continuously modelling honesty, perseverance, respect, resilience, and professionalism.
A few of my interests are dancing, cooking, enjoying time with family, friends and my dog and having a good chat.
