Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Truganina is part of the Westbrook Estate and caters to children aged six weeks old to six years old. The centre is conveniently located a short distance from Tarneit Station, Tarneit Central Shopping Centre and a short walk to Yamada Community Park. Aspire Truganina has seven homely rooms and is designed for specific age groups and development.
Aspire Truganina centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators, who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families, ensuring that any additional requests are accommodated for. Our Kindergarten educational program has been designed from the ground up by an experienced, qualified early childhood teacher. Our program takes elements from the Early Years Learning Framework and combines them with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework to create a curriculum that offers every child the opportunity to succeed.
We love the opportunity to bring our Aspire community together with the Truganina community through our excursion programs and internal celebrations. The centre hosts a range of community events, internal celebrations and inclusive cultural programs throughout the year, that ensure the children can be part of the community throughout their early learning journey.
The centre also has great connections with the local primary schools and local MPs, who regularly visit the centre to provide their knowledge and services to support Truganina’s community engagement and school readiness program.
Aspire Truganina offers regular fortnightly incursion programs that provide fun and engaging educational and learning experiences for the children. These incursions include:
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten centres frequently run engaging and exciting excursions throughout the year. Aspire Truganina runs regular excursions to the local park for all age groups. While the kinder children also visit Warren Primary School throughout the term, as part of their school readiness program. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, as they align with Aspire's curriculum and the interests of the children.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.
Our purpose-built facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The Truganina centre is our only double-story Aspire centre with two outdoor spaces suited for different age groups. Our eight learning spaces have design features fit for each age group. These rooms foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning.
Within our seven well-equipped indoor rooms, children participate in a range of daily activities including arts and craft, music, sports, reading and more. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. This makes it easy for children to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting a holistic learning experience for the children.
Our double-storey centre features two outdoor spaces, one with an Under the Sea theme and a giant whale climbing structure, and the other with a yellow boat. The spacious outdoor yard also features playground and climbing structures, sand pits, veggie gardens and more. Additionally, our programs actively promote the message of environmental consciousness and sustainability.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten have four main programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development, by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.
Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.
The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.
Aspire Early Education Truganina has a robust Pre-Kinder and Kinder program to support children's growth and development as they step into primary school. Our play-based programs are designed by kindergarten teachers, as well as early primary school teachers. The teaching team also considers what the children are interested in learning about, and tailors activities, topics and learning opportunities around these interests. Inquiry-based learning helps children develop new hobbies and makes them feel as if their interests are listened to. This ensures that the children in our care receive an education that will allow them to thrive and prepare them for future education.
The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care kindergarten program.
As of 2025 families can save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.
The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children access the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.
My name is Amanda Weller and I am the Centre Manager at Aspire Truganina. I am passionate about positive outcomes for children and love building nurturing relationships with children and families. I believe that Aspire Early Education is a great place that allows children to learn, grow and connect and I am excited to be part of the Aspire team. Since beginning my Early Childhood Career in 2007 I have worked with children in all age groups and have loved every minute. I have extensive management experience and look forward to connecting with the Truganina community. I believe that strong teams create warm and welcoming environments for children and families where they can feel supported to learn. I look forward to strengthening the team, building strong relationships, and mentoring.
Outside the centre I enjoy spending time with my family, out on the water where possible maybe catching a fish or two. As a mother of two, I understand the trust it takes to leave children in the care of others and would like to thank you for choosing Aspire!
