Aspire Wollert Toddler Room

Aspire Wollert is a state-of-the-art facility with beautiful indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn and grow in. The 8 spacious rooms in the centre support children through their entire learning journey, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. The indoor rooms connect seamlessly to the spacious outdoor environment featuring a large playground, rope bridge and vegetable garden.

Our Wollert centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators, who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated for. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, that offers every child the opportunity to succeed.

The Wollert Community

Aspire Wollert has a great relationship with our neighbouring local pool, Kingswim. In terms one and four, our Funded Kindergarten children have the opportunity to take part in water safety lessons. During this time, they learn how to swim, hold their breath underwater, as well as learn water safety principles. The children love their water safety lessons, and look forward to them every summer! Read more about this fantastic program at the blog here.

The centre has created meaningful relationships with local primary schools and businesses, including Harvest Home Primary School, Epping CFA, and Dental One Epping North.

Centre Highlights

A highlight of Aspire Wollert is the fun and engaging incursions held throughout the year. These regular incursion programs provide fun and engaging educational and relationship-building experiences for the children. The children love regular visits from Magic Jenny, yearly swimming lessons, and the local dentist. They have also enjoyed incursions from Aussie Wildlife Displays, Junkyard Beats and the local CFA.

Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten centres frequently run engaging and exciting excursions throughout the year. This differs from centre to centre, but may include excursions such as Bush Kinder, farm visits, walking to a local park or to local primary schools. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, as they align with Aspire's curriculum and the interests of the children.

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.

Centre Facilities

Aspire’s purpose-built facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The eight learning spaces have design features fit for each age group. These rooms foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning. Designed to help your child learn and grow, they will quickly develop a love of learning and a sense of community in their rooms. This is exemplified by all our children, whether they are starting in nursery or attending our Kindergarten program.

The Piazza is the meeting place at Aspire Wollert. The area has been recently updated to include a display on the history of the centre, and is a fantastic space to share the work and art that the centre children create. This area is utilised in a number of ways, including cooking classes, family and community events, and incursions. The piazza fosters a sense of community, allowing children of different ages to learn together, especially during shared activities.

We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. There is a lot to explore in Aspire Wollert’s exciting playground and outdoor area. Children are free to explore our range of outdoor environments including sand pits, vegetable gardens, slides, cubby houses and a large adventure playground.

Aspire Wollert Programs

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten have four main programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development, by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.

Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.

The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.

Aspire Early Education Wollert has a robust Pre-Kinder and Kinder program to support children's growth and development as they step into primary school. Our play-based programs are designed by kindergarten teachers, as well as early primary school teachers. The teaching team also considers what the children are interested in learning about, and tailors activities, topics and learning opportunities around these interests. Inquiry-based learning helps children develop new hobbies and makes them feel as if their interests are listened to. This ensures that the children in our care receive an education that will allow them to thrive and prepare them for future education.

The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care kindergarten program.

As of 2025 families will save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.

The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children access the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.

Meet the Centre Manager for Wollert

Fatima

Hi I’m Fatima, the Centre Manager at Aspire Wollert. I believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their curiosity. My journey with Aspire started in 2023 at Wollert centre as a Kindergarten Teacher, where I also supported the Head of Curriculum.

My core philosophy revolves around child-centreed learning, emphasising the importance of play as a fundamental way for children to learn. I also prioritise inclusivity, ensuring that every child, regardless of their background, can thrive and have their unique needs met.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging in various activities which include music and dancing, hiking and exploring nature, which allows me to recharge and gather new insights that I can bring back to my work in childcare. I also enjoy crafting, which also sparks my creativity and inspires new ways to interact and engage with the children at the centre.

I look forward to getting to know my families even more in this new role!

What Our Families Have To Say

★★★★★

Very are happy with Aspire, as soon as we walk in we are greeted with a smile by the lovely ladies Sarah or Fatima. We have recently moved up a room and my son is fitting in nicely, he is with kids who are at the same level as he is and there is a lot more to explore while also promoting his independence. All the educators, whether in his room or not, always say hello to him when we arrive which is such a nice feeling. My son has gravitated to a few educators which makes me happy to know he feels safe and content. Look forward to seeing my boy reach his goals and continue with his learning and adventures.

Such an amazing child care centre with fantastic staff. The educators are so attentive and caring towards the kids. My daughter’s language and motor skills have dramatically improved since she started. She’s also loved the incursions they host! Highly recommend!

I'd just like to say how much your centre has given my son the care and start to life he needs. We have had a couple centres but his growth and development at Aspire is incredible. From his speech to running around the house with my basketball trying to play soccer thanks to the Soccer Joey's that come in, I can't give enough positive feedback. Thank you to all the staff that do such an amazing job.

My son absolutely loves going to kinder. I can't believe how much he is growing and learning and thriving at kinder, and it is all thanks to the Aspire staff. The facility itself is fantastic, and there is lots for the kids to explore. The cooked meals are wonderful. My son loves eating lunch with his friends at kinder. All the staff are very welcoming and they really care about the children. Rebecca the director is super helpful and she always supports us in any way she can. When we walk into kinder we feel as if we are walking into our second home and feel like we are a big family at kinder. It's a wonderful community and I highly recommend you send your child here. They will love it! 🙂
