Aspire Thornhill Village is the second Aspire childcare centre in Thornhill Park, just 35 minutes from Melbourne CBD. It is also positioned across the road from the existing Aspire Thornhill Park centre and around the corner from Central Square Shopping Centre. The state-of-the-art childcare facility features beautiful indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn and grow in. The daycare centre's 7 spacious rooms support children through their entire learning journey, from 6 weeks to 6 years old.
Our Thornhill Village childcare centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, which offers every child the opportunity to succeed.
At Aspire Thornhill Village, we’re committed to connecting children and families with the wider Thornhill Park community through meaningful experiences and partnerships.
Whether it’s learning about safety, understanding how our community works, or simply enjoying a visit from a familiar face. These partnerships help bring learning to life and ensure every child feels part of their local community throughout their early learning journey.
We offer exciting incursion programs at Aspire Thornhill Village that provide new experiences for the children and help them develop new interests and skills. These cover sport, music, art and drama, and are a highlight for the children at Aspire.
The centre also offers one-off incursion programs throughout the term. Some recent standouts include:
Aspire childcare centres run engaging and exciting excursions throughout the year. This differs from centre to centre, but may include excursions such as Bush Kinder, animal sanctuary visits, visiting a local park or to local businesses. These excursions further support the learning of students in every age group, aligning with Aspire's curriculum and the interests of the children.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.
Aspire’s purpose-built facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The seven learning spaces have design features fit for each age group. These rooms foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning. Crafted to nurture your child's growth, this program inspires a genuine love for learning while fostering a strong sense of community in their surroundings.
The piazza is a hub for mealtimes and the centre’s sustainability programs, which include edible gardens and cooking classes for children. This space fosters a sense of community, allowing children of different ages to learn together. Older children develop responsibility and confidence by modelling positive behaviours for their younger peers, while younger children enhance their own confidence and independence by mimicking these behaviours.
There is a lot to explore across Aspire Thornhill Village’s three outdoor play spaces. From tunnels and sandpits for little crawlers, to a reimagined speedboat in the toddler yard, to a massive adventure playground incorporating a truck and plenty of space to run around for the kindergarten children.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.
Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.
The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.
Aspire’s Kickstart to Kinder program is specially designed for three-year-olds, offering a warm and engaging introduction to their kindergarten journey. Created in collaboration with kindergarten and local primary school teachers, the program supports each child’s social, emotional and early literacy development.
With a balance of structured and play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence and develop independence. This approach helps lay the foundation for a smooth transition into four-year-old kindergarten and a lifelong love of learning.
Aspire’s Step into Prep program is designed for four-year-olds to confidently prepare for primary school in a supportive and stimulating environment. Building on skills developed in earlier years, the program focuses on independence, communication, and critical thinking.
The program combines hands-on activities with intentional learning experiences designed to nurture curiosity and resilience. Our educators work closely with each child, tailoring support to their strengths and interests. This thoughtful approach helps children feel confident and ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of primary school.
The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families with up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long daycare kindergarten program.
As of 2025, families can save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.
The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children have access to the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.

Hi everyone, my name is Parwinder Kaur and you can call me Parry. I’m the Centre Manager at Aspire Thornhill Village.
I’m passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn. Early education is the foundation for lifelong learning and I feel grateful to be part of that journey. Seeing children grow socially, emotionally and cognitively and knowing that our work makes a lasting impact is what motivates me every day.
The Aspire value that resonates most with me is Empowering Excellence. I believe that when we empower educators to reach their full potential we create an environment where quality care truly thrives. For me this means building confidence, strengthening skills and supporting our team so we can deliver the best outcomes for children, families and each other.
What I love most about working at Aspire is the real support the organisation provides. Aspire offers tools and resources that help us mentor teams, streamline processes and maintain compliance which means we can focus on what matters most: high quality care, meaningful relationships and a positive environment for both staff and families.
I began my career as an Educator and over time I moved into roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager and eventually Centre Manager. Along the way I discovered how much I enjoy coaching and mentoring others. Supporting educators to grow and feel confident in their roles has become one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
