Aspire Early Education Manor Lakes is a brand-new service in the Wyndham community located within the well-established Manor Lakes Estate, the oldest estate in the area. With a homely vibe and plenty of room to explore, children will thrive within our play-based programs. Aspire Manor Lakes believes that every child deserves a quality education and that their talents deserve to be recognised. We strive to help nurture and cultivate children’s sense of identity, belonging and self-confidence that will ease the transition into school and allow them to flourish in life.
Our Manor Lakes childcare centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators, who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated for. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, that offers every child the opportunity to succeed.
The centre has developed relationships with local schools and businesses, to improve each child’s learning and growth. These connections with local services, schools and businesses further deepen our children’s sense of belonging.
The centre also hosts a range of community events, internal celebrations and inclusive cultural programs to celebrate the diversity of our children and families to create a sense of belonging for everyone. By understanding children in the context of their families and community, we can provide meaningful and purposeful opportunities and experiences that relate to their world.
Incursions play a large role in the development and growth of each child. Aspire Manor Lakes incorporates incursions to align with Aspire’s curriculum, as well as the interests of the children. Incursions on topics such as tiny mini beasts and insects, first aid, Junkyard Beats, and talented magicians and face painters delight the children in our care
Aspire also run engaging and exciting excursions throughout the year. This differs from centre to centre, but may include excursions such as Bush Kinder, farm visits, walking to a local park or to local primary schools. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, as they align with Aspire's curriculum and the interests of the children.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.
Aspire Manor Lakes purpose-built facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The seven learning spaces have design features fit for each age group. These rooms foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning. Designed to help your child learn and grow, they will quickly develop a love of learning and a sense of community in their rooms.
Within our seven well-equipped indoor rooms, children participate in a range of daily activities including arts and crafts, music, sports, reading and more. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. This makes it easy for children to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting a holistic learning experience for the children.
Outside, the veggie patch and herb garden allow the children to explore the plant cycle and sustainability. Planting, growing and harvesting seasonal produce to use in the centre kitchen is always an exciting experience for the centre children.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten have four main programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development, by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.
Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.
The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.
Aspire Early Education Manor Lakes has a robust Pre-Kinder and Kinder program to support children's growth and development as they step into primary school. Our play-based programs are designed by kindergarten teachers, as well as early primary school teachers. The teaching team also considers what the children are interested in learning about, and tailors activities, topics and learning opportunities around these interests. Inquiry-based learning helps children develop new hobbies and makes them feel as if their interests are listened to. This ensures that the children in our care receive an education that will allow them to thrive and prepare them for future education.
The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care kindergarten program.
As of 2025 families can save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.
The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children access the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.
