Our childcare centre is located on Bellavita Avenue within the Bella Estate, Clyde and is close to Clyde station and minutes from local schools, town centre and transport routes.
Our Bella Estate, Clyde childcare is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators, who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, which offers every child the opportunity to succeed.
At Aspire Bella Estate, we’re committed to connecting children and families with the wider Clyde community through meaningful experiences and partnerships.
Whether it’s learning about safety, understanding how our community works, or simply enjoying a visit from a familiar face. These partnerships help bring learning to life and ensure every child feels part of their local community throughout their early learning journey.
Aspire Bella Estate offer regular incursion programs that provide fun and engaging educational and learning experiences for the long daycare children. The team have recently introduced in-house incursions run by their educators which cover sport and movement, music and cooking.
The centre also offers one-off programs throughout the term. Recent incursions include:
Aspire also offer engaging and exciting excursions for the children throughout the year. Aspire Bella Estate run regular excursions to the local park that is walking distance for all their age groups. The kinder children also enjoy going to Myuna farm as another fun excursion during the year. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, and the interests of the children.
Aspire childcare centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.
Our purpose-built facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our childcare centre’s unique design features high ceilings and glass windows around the entirety, giving it a very open and modern feel. The eight learning spaces also have design features fit for each age group. These rooms foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning.
Within our eight well-equipped indoor rooms, children participate in a range of daily activities including arts and craft, music, sports, reading and more. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. This makes it easy for children to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting a holistic learning experience for the children.
The standout feature of Aspire Bella Estate is their Outdoor Piazza area, which won them the Leader of Innovation award at Aspire’s 2024 Awards night. This innovative outdoor space is used to set up different experiences that enhance the children’s learning, creativity and development. Read more about their amazing Piazza project.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.
Our Baby Steps Nursery Program caters to children aged 6 weeks to 2 years, providing a nurturing and supportive environment. Through daily activities and intentional teaching, we help your child reach key developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach encourages exploration through sensory play, laying the foundation for future learning and growth.
The Little Learners Toddler Program caters to children aged 2 to 3 years, providing a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that supports social and cognitive development. With a fun, play-based learning approach, we nurture curious and active minds through meaningful and age-appropriate experiences.
Aspire’s Step into Prep program is designed for four-year-olds to confidently prepare for primary school in a supportive and stimulating environment. Building on skills developed in earlier years, the program focuses on independence, communication, and critical thinking.
The program combines hands-on activities with intentional learning experiences designed to nurture curiosity and resilience. Our educators work closely with each child, tailoring support to their strengths and interests. This thoughtful approach helps children feel confident and ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of primary school.
The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care kindergarten program.
As of 2025 families can save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.
The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children access the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.

Hi there, my name is Taniya Samarasinge, and I am the Centre Manager at Aspire Bella Estate.
I genuinely love that Aspire truly lives by its philosophy of Connect, Learn, Grow. It’s a place where meaningful relationships are built with families, children, and the community. There is a strong focus on learning and continuous improvement, not just for children but for educators too. Being part of a team that supports personal and professional growth makes Aspire a truly inspiring place to work.
Out of Aspire’s values, Building Trust resonates with me the most. This is because I believe strong, transparent relationships with families, children, and team members are essential for a successful learning environment. Trust creates the foundation for collaboration, consistency, and genuine connection, which are all vital in early childhood education.
My educational career journey is unique. I spent five years as a banker, gaining experience in business and financial management. In 2022, I transitioned to early childhood education as a 4-year-old kindergarten teacher at Aspire Pakenham. After two years, I became the Centre Support Coordinator for Aspire Bella Estate and then advanced to my current role as Centre Manager, leading a dedicated team of educators in delivering high-quality care and learning.
I prioritise empathy, open communication, and trust, focusing on strong relationships and a positive team culture. I'm dedicated to mentoring educators and creating inclusive learning environments that support every child's holistic development.
I’m originally from Sri Lanka and speak in both Sinhalese and English. I’m a proud mum to a curious and energetic 6-year-old son. Outside of work, I find joy in travelling and creating special memories with my family. Quality time with loved ones is something I truly cherish.

My name is Kanchana Fernando, and I am Aspire Bella Estate’s Head of Curriculum. Welcome!
I began my career in early childhood education after earning a Diploma in Children’s Services, inspired by my passion for education while working at a nursery in the UK. Since moving to Australia in 2007, I’ve worked across various age groups in multiple childcare centres.
In my leadership role at Bella Estate, I support team development, curriculum planning, and day-to-day operations. I am also pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood to deepen my knowledge and strengthen my impact in the sector.
What I love most about working at Aspire is the strong sense of community and the genuine commitment to supporting both children and educators to grow. I feel proud to be part of a team that values collaboration, celebrates cultural diversity, and always strives for excellence. Aspire has allowed me to develop as a leader while making a meaningful impact in children’s lives every day.
The Aspire value that resonates most with me is Continuous Growth. I’m passionate about lifelong learning, and I love that Aspire supports both children and educators to grow, reflect, and reach their full potential!
I’m passionate about inspiring creativity in children through play-based learning and supporting educators to grow in their practice. I especially enjoy mentoring others and creating learning environments that spark curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning.
I’m a proud mum of two daughters and speak both English and Sinhala. I’m also actively involved in the Sri Lankan community through cultural events and volunteering, which helps me stay connected to my roots while supporting others.
