Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten have four main programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development, by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.
Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.
The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.
Aspire Early Education Clyde North has a robust Pre-Kinder and Kinder program to support children's growth and development as they step into primary school. Our play-based programs are designed by kindergarten teachers, as well as early primary school teachers. The teaching team also considers what the children are interested in learning about, and tailors activities, topics and learning opportunities around these interests. Inquiry-based learning helps children develop new hobbies and makes them feel as if their interests are listened to. This ensures that the children in our care receive an education that will allow them to thrive and prepare them for future education.
The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care kindergarten program.
As of 2025 families can save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.
The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children access the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.
I am Shashika Kuruppu (Shashi), centre manager in Aspire Clyde North centre. I started my journey with Aspire in 2021 as Toddler room leader at the Clyde North centre. I have chosen Aspire as an early childhood educator because Aspire supports all the educators in achieving their career goals and provides quality care and education to young children.
I have just completed a Bachelor of Early childhood education through Swinburne University to enhance my knowledge about early childhood education and provide quality care for all our children. I am from Sri Lankan background and value and respect the diversity of our centre.
I have two young daughters who always keep me busy at home. I am inspired by my beloved husband who keeps me motivated in how he appreciates and admires me. He is my strength in every success.
