Aspire Baldivis North provides many fun experiences to children in each of its five early learning hubs. A highlight of Aspire childcare centres is the incursions and excursions that align with the curriculum and the interests of the children. This includes amazing science experiences, Jazzie Shazzies and Rhythm n' Run.

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.

Aspire Baldivis North offers five spacious, purpose-built rooms designed to support every stage of your child’s early learning journey. Each room is filled with high-quality educational toys, books, crafts, and imaginative play experiences, ensuring endless opportunities for discovery and fun every day!

At Aspire, we create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. Our caring educators take the time to get to know each family, building strong relationships that support your child’s growth and happiness. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll feel the positive energy and see the joy in our children’s faces. Come and experience the Aspire difference for yourself.

Early Education Programs

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.

Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.

The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.

Aspire’s pre-kindy program is specially designed for three-year-olds, offering a warm and engaging introduction to their kindergarten journey. Created in collaboration with kindergarten and local primary school teachers, the program supports each child’s social, emotional and early literacy development.

With a balance of structured and play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence and develop independence. This approach helps lay the foundation for a smooth transition into four-year-old kindy and a lifelong love of learning.

Aspire’s kindy program is designed for four-year-olds to confidently prepare for primary school in a supportive and stimulating environment. Building on skills developed in earlier years, the program focuses on independence, communication, and critical thinking.

The program combines hands-on activities with intentional learning experiences designed to nurture curiosity and resilience. Our educators work closely with each child, tailoring support to their strengths and interests. This thoughtful approach helps children feel confident and ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of primary school.

Centre Manager

Rebecca Pearson

My name is Rebecca Pearson, and I am the Centre Manager at Aspire Baldivis North.

I'm proud to be a part of a team that values relationships, individuality, and meaningful learning experiences. Aspire allows me to lead with purpose and create a space where children feel safe, respected, and inspired to explore.

Out of Aspire’s values, Inspiring and Nurturing resonate with me the most, because I believe every child deserves to feel valued, heard, and supported. I prioritise creating environments that foster trust, confidence, and meaningful connections for children, families, and educators alike.

I lead by building strong relationships, encouraging independence and resilience, and supporting children in making choices and expressing themselves. I aim to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and that families feel involved and respected in their child’s journey.

I've worked across three childcare centres throughout the Southwest. My journey has led me into a range of roles to now, where I focus on creating inclusive, home-like environments that support children, families, and educators. My multiple Certificates, in Children’s Services, Leadership and Community Services, and my Diploma of Children’s Services have equipped me to lead the centre in a way that prioritises the care of children and the support of my team.

I’m passionate about sustainability and helping children develop an awareness of their environmental impact from a young age. I’m also deeply committed to supporting children’s individual growth and celebrating their unique identities.

I proudly support FABBQ, an organisation helping people experiencing homelessness in Rockingham. I am always here to support my families, so please come and say hi!

Head of Curriculum

Tiarny Rosser

Hi there, my name is Tiarny Rosser and I’m Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Baldivis North’s Head of Curriculum.

I love how Aspire is more than a daycare centre; it is a passionate and purposeful learning environment with deep links to the community. With intentional teaching, meaningful incursions, and an inspiring curriculum, Aspire is a wonderful place to work every day.

Aspire's core value of purpose truly resonates with me as I believe that everything we do as educators is critical to creating a strong and meaningful community. It also supports families by assuring them that their children are safe and able to thrive in our environment.

Starting as a Trainee, I have had experience across all age ranges and roles on the floor as well as supporting within the kitchen. I have previously held roles as Administrator and Curriculum Leader, which, alongside a Centre Director, made up the Leadership Team of the service. In these roles, I supported the operations of the service and gained an in-depth understanding of Early Childhood Development and Education. I currently hold a Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am also working toward my Bachelor of Education (Primary).

I love seeing the growth of the children as they develop and learn new skills. I am passionate about creating open-ended and purposeful learning environments, experiences and programs that meet the needs and interests of children. I am deeply enthusiastic about developing a safe, warm, and engaging environment where everyone can thrive.

I am mum to three beautiful boys, two dogs and a wife to my amazing husband. We have strong connections with the Navy and have lived all over Australia.

★★★★★

My son has absolutely grown and thrived at this centre. My mind was put at ease of him being in a large centre very quickly. The staff and the resources are wonderful. My son is beaming with excitement after every single incursion they have whether it be animals, reptiles, sports or dance. It’s a wonderful way for him to experience some of the fun stuff that he misses out on due to his age elsewhere.

My son has recently finished at Aspire Baldivis North as he transitions to full-time school, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received.

The team was incredibly flexible in meeting his needs, even accommodating his OT visits, which made balancing work and his care so much easier. The educators were always kind, helpful, and kept me well-informed throughout his transition.
