Childcare Centre Highlights

A recent highlight of the Aspire Tarneit Square is the massive fish tank in the childcare centre’s foyer. The children and families alike love saying “hello” to the fish when they arrive at the centre and “goodbye” when they leave. The fish tank is also a fantastic area for children to be able to regulate their emotions or just to have a bit of quiet time.

The childcare centre also runs a range of fun, educational and engaging incursions and excursions throughout the week. Currently, the centre's calendar is jam-packed with engaging incursions:

Every Monday (All rooms): Mini Monstars Gymnastics

Every Tuesday (Rooms 4, 5 & 6): SportsTots

Thursday Fortnightly (All rooms): Happy Feet

Friday Fortnightly (All rooms): Magical Days Kindy Dancing

Aspire daycare centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Meals adhere to the Nutrition Australia Dietary Guidelines, ensuring that each child, regardless of dietary requirements, receives delicious meals each day. Aspire's amazing chefs also love to create special moments for our children and staff, making birthday cakes or delicious spreads of food to celebrate special occasions.

Childcare Centre Facilities

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Tarneit Square comprises of six well-equipped rooms for children aged six-weeks to six-years old. Designed to stimulate and captivate young minds, the early learning centre features dynamic learning spaces that cater to each child’s natural curiosity. Our early learning centre is a safe space for children to be authentic, explore their environment, and embark on a learning adventure filled with happiness and discovery.

The outdoor play spaces are full of fun play opportunities, including a playground crafted from a recycled speedboat, and a massive truck filled with slides and climbing equipment. We believe in the power of quality education from an early age, where we recognise and foster every child's unique abilities.

The philosophy of Aspire Tarneit Square is to provide a nurturing second home, where a comfortable vibe fills the air. Children have the freedom to express themselves in our well-crafted play spaces, essential for their development. Our passion for early learning in Tarneit is evident in every detail of our program, and we eagerly await the opportunity to welcome new families to our community.

Early Education Programs

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.

Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning.

The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.

Aspire’s Kickstart to Kinder program is specially designed for three-year-olds, offering a warm and engaging introduction to their kindergarten journey. Created in collaboration with kindergarten and local primary school teachers, the program supports each child’s social, emotional and early literacy development.

With a balance of structured and play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence and develop independence. This approach helps lay the foundation for a smooth transition into four-year-old kindergarten and a lifelong love of learning.

Aspire’s Step into Prep program is designed for four-year-olds to confidently prepare for primary school in a supportive and stimulating environment. Building on skills developed in earlier years, the program focuses on independence, communication, and critical thinking.

The program combines hands-on activities with intentional learning experiences designed to nurture curiosity and resilience. Our educators work closely with each child, tailoring support to their strengths and interests. This thoughtful approach helps children feel confident and ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of primary school.

The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families with up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care kindergarten program.

As of 2025, families can save up to $2,101 a year for eligible children aged three years old and above in eligible long daycares. This is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy. Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your child care subsidy & out-of-pocket costs.

The Free Kinder program is designed to ensure all children have access to the benefits of early learning and give them a strong foundation for a successful school experience.

Centre Manager

Linda Naylor

Hi, my name is Linda Naylor, and I am the Centre Manager at Aspire Tarneit Square.

What I enjoy the most about working at Aspire is that we truly value connections, lifelong learning and meaningful growth for children, families, teams and communities.

The Aspire value that resonates the most with me is Connecting Communities. This is because I am passionate about creating positive and trusting relationships with our centre families from the first time they enter our centre. By forming these relationships, we can work collaboratively with families for the shared interests and goals of their children.

I have worked in the Early Education sector since 2006, starting as a student. From there, I worked my way through my career as an assistant educator, room leader, assistant manager, and then as a centre manager. To further develop my skills and knowledge, I am currently studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment for my team, families and children in the centre. This is done through open and honest communication. My approach to families is to understand their circumstances, so my team and I are better equipped to support each individual.

I am passionate about hiring dedicated educators from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. Our team ranges from newcomers to those with two decades of experience. This allows me to mentor and support educators committed to growth for the benefit of the children and families at our centre.

I decided to enrol my 6 months old child at this centre and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
My son started the first day this centre opened at first I was worried as he was 6 months and enrol full time but they proved me wrong and took really good care of him.

Thanks to Linda and her team for making it possible for me to be stress free, I would recommend this centre to any parent that have trust issues as they will take great care of your child.
