Childcare Centre Highlights

Incursions play a large role in the development and growth of each child. Aspire Clydevale incorporates incursions to align with Aspire’s curriculum, as well as the interests of the children.

We offer exciting incursion programs that provide new experiences for the children and help them develop new interests and skills. These cover sport, music, art and drama, and are a highlight for the children at Aspire.

At Aspire Clydevale, our in-centre chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals every day, guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines. Our approach to food focuses on variety, balance, and mindful eating to support children’s healthy growth and development.

We focus on variety, balance and whole foods with each meal containing vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy. Our chefs also make mealtimes special, whether it's baking a birthday cake or preparing a festive spread to celebrate an occasion. Food is a meaningful and joyful part of our community.

Our Clydevale childcare and daycare centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated.

Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, which offers every child the opportunity to succeed.

Each room is thoughtfully crafted to support a personalised curriculum that inspires curiosity, growth, and connection. In this innovative environment, your child will develop essential skills while fostering a strong sense of community and a lifelong love of learning.

The Aspire Clydevale centre features seven purpose-built rooms designed to support every stage of your child’s early learning journey. Each room is filled with high-quality educational toys, books, crafts, and imaginative play experiences, ensuring endless opportunities for discovery and fun every day!

Our service is a state-of-the-art facility with beautiful indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn and grow in. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. This makes it easy for children to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting a holistic learning experience for the children.

Early Education Programs

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development by encouraging them to explore, discover and connect with others.

Our Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching opportunities to support your child to reach developmental milestones. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play, as well as build a foundation for future learning. 

The Little Learners Toddler Program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports your toddler’s social and cognitive development. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment.

Aspire’s Kickstart to Kinder program is specially designed for three-year-olds, offering a warm and engaging introduction to their kindergarten journey. Created in collaboration with kindergarten and local primary school teachers, the program supports each child’s social, emotional and early literacy development.

With a balance of structured and play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore their interests, build confidence and develop independence. This approach helps lay the foundation for a smooth transition into four-year-old kindergarten and a lifelong love of learning.

Aspire’s Step into Prep program is designed for four-year-olds to confidently prepare for primary school in a supportive and stimulating environment. Building on skills developed in earlier years, the program focuses on independence, communication, and critical thinking.

The program combines hands-on activities with intentional learning experiences designed to nurture curiosity and resilience. Our educators work closely with each child, tailoring support to their strengths and interests. This thoughtful approach helps children feel confident and ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of primary school.

Sofia Caceres

I began my journey in early childhood education in 2021, inspired while on maternity leave to pursue my long-held passion for working with children. I started as an Assistant Educator and have since progressed through roles including Room Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and Acting Centre Manager.

I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and am passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn. My leadership approach is centred on connection, collaboration, and support, with a strong focus on living Aspire’s values each day. Building Trust resonates most with me, as I believe trust is the foundation of meaningful relationships with children, families, and educators. I also value Going Above and Beyond by creating positive experiences and ensuring every child and family feels supported, welcomed, and valued.

As a mum to a five-year-old daughter, I understand the trust families place in early learning services. I also speak English and Spanish and value celebrating culture and diversity within our learning community, creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging.

Parul Vashisht

Hi my name is Parul and I'm the Head of Curriculum at Aspire Clydevale. I have been working in early childhood education since 2015 and have enjoyed a diverse career as an Educator, Inclusion Support, Room Leader, Educational Leader, and Early Childhood Teacher. Along with my qualifications in Early Childhood Education, I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery from India, which has given me a strong foundation in both education and wellbeing.

I am passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives and supporting educators to reach their full potential. I believe strong, trusting relationships are the foundation of quality education, which is why Aspire’s value of Building Trust resonates the most with me. I love how Aspire truly values every relationship – whether it’s with educators, children, or families.

In my role, I strive to lead with empathy and collaboration, creating inclusive and inspiring environments where children and educators can thrive. I also enjoy connecting with families from diverse cultural backgrounds and am fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
