Indoor and Outdoor Environments that Encourage Exploration

Indoors, children participate in a range of daily activities including language classes, music and sport programmes, reading and more. We are also fortunate to have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space which connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. With three separate playgrounds for various age groups, your child will quickly form positive bonds with their peers within a safe and secure setting. Exploration is encouraged, and children are free to explore our range of environments including sand pits, vegetable gardens, bike paths, rock climbing, swing sets and cubby houses.

Our environments have been designed to encourage curiosity and creativity whilst allowing children to learn at their own pace. Daily activities are held, and we also help to foster a sense of environmental stewardship within all children by recognising the importance of nature and sustainable practice.

    Tailored to Your Child’s Needs

Our Cranbourne centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We recognise individual differences, feelings and behaviours and aim to ensure that every child feels welcome and supported within our community. Every child deserves a great education, and this all starts with dedicated staff and the right tools for success.

We work in close collaboration with families, welcoming all feedback and ensuring that any personal requests are actioned immediately.

Our Kindergarten Educational program has been designed from the ground up by an experienced, bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher. Our program takes elements from the Early Years Learning Framework and combines them with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework to create a wholesome curriculum that allows every child the opportunity to succeed.

The world is more connected than ever before. At Aspire Early Education we will help your child develop a strong sense of identity, love of learning, community connection and effective communication skills that will serve them well throughout their school years and beyond.

Aspire Chilcare Cranbourne Manager - Archi Patel

    Meet our centre manager.

My name is Archi, and I’m the Aspire Early Education Cranbourne West centre Director.

I am a mum to a 6-year-old daughter, and I find myself lucky to follow my passion and help shape little minds with big hearts.

The early years of a child’s life are busy, and I believe learning happens all the time and is interwoven through all developmental domains. My Team Aspire Cranbourne West aims to make this ongoing learning experience safe, positive, and fun, nurturing the whole child. I strive to guide my team and take children into the next stage of development with confidence in themselves and an excitement for continued learning.

My role as Centre Director is to provide meaningful relationships and links to families and communities within and outside the centre. I love to utilise the resources and knowledge the community and families offer to help enrich the children ‘s learning and experiences.

I believe that Australia is a rich culture filled with diversity. Children enter early childhood settings with very unique ‘funds of knowledge. As an educator and Centre Director, I recognise that the child’s family, community context, literacy practices and experiences play a part in fostering a child’s development, understanding and interests. I believe we as educators must consider each child’s “funds of knowledge” when programming and planning to ensure relevance. If educators acknowledge, model, and teach diversity, children will grow to become culturally competent members of society.

Lastly, I believe that “Together We Can”, and following this moto, I work with my team to provide our best to our families and the Cranbourne West Community. With a strong foundation and growing with feedback, we strive to develop a bright future for the little wonders in our care!

I am excited to lead Team Aspire Cranbourne West with the love and support of our beautiful Cranbourne West Community!
