Welcoming Nicky: Aspire Baldivis North’s Centre Manager

At Aspire Baldivis North, we are thrilled to introduce Nicky Pill as our new Centre Manager! With an incredible 25 years in the early education industry, Nicky brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her new role.
Nicky’s journey into early education began as a young teenager with a deep love for working with children. She found inspiration in the joy on their faces as they discovered new things, fuelling her desire to help them grow and reach their full potential. This passion led her to pursue a career dedicated to nurturing young minds.
Nicky’s early learning journey started with a chance opportunity at a small WA-owned and operated centre. After volunteering for just two days, she was offered a role as the centre cook. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of her life, sparking a fulfilling career in early education. Surrounded by an inspiring team, she quickly learned the balance of providing high-quality care while ensuring a fun, engaging environment for children. Over the years, she has grown into leadership roles, always keeping her core mission: supporting children in their learning and development.
As Centre Manager, Nicky hopes to create an environment where families feel a true sense of belonging. She wants every child and parent to remember Aspire as a place that made them feel part of something special. Guided by the Reggio Emilia approach, Nicky believes in fostering creativity, curiosity, and exploration in children.
Outside of work, Nicky enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. She also finds joy in building strong relationships with families and guiding her team to create meaningful learning experiences for children daily.
We are excited to have Nicky lead our team and look forward to the positive impact she will bring to Aspire!
