Cranbourne North’s new Centre Director is excited to start her Aspire journey. Nirosha Jayasekara will begin at Aspire Cranbourne North with an impressive 14-year career in the Early Childhood sector, including 8 years in management roles. Join us in welcoming Nirosha as she embarks on this exciting new chapter at Aspire Cranbourne North, dedicated to fostering a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment for all children.
I am thrilled to introduce myself as Aspire Cranbourne North’s new Centre Director. Over the last 14 years, I have dedicated myself to the Early Childhood sector, with a substantial 8 years spent in management roles within both private and not-for-profit services. I have held various positions such as Room Leading, Playgroup Facilitator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, and Centre Director. Through these roles I have garnered a wealth of experience that has deepened my knowledge of the industry and enhanced my skills in leading and supporting teams.
Outside of work, my heart belongs to my family, and I relish every moment spent with them. Whether we’re exploring different cuisines, travelling to new places, or simply unwinding at home, we enjoy our time together. Their constant support and love inspire me to strive for excellence both personally and professionally each day.
As I step into my role at Aspire, I am brimming with excitement to collaborate with families, educators, and the community. Together, we will foster a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment for all children. My focus will be on building strong relationships, implementing innovative practices, and maintaining a steadfast commitment to excellence.
