Say Hello to Noorina - New Centre Manager Aspire Beveridge

Meet Noorina, our new Centre Manager at Aspire Beveridge! We’re thrilled to have her in our team. With her warm, inclusive approach and years of experience in early childhood education, she’s already building strong connections with families, children and educators.
To begin with, Noorina is drawn to Aspire for its welcoming and inclusive environment. It’s a place, she says, where children are genuinely nurtured, and educators are truly supported to grow—both personally and professionally. More importantly, she is passionate about inspiring a love for learning by making education engaging, relevant, and enjoyable. Her goal is to help shape children’s futures through meaningful educational experiences, while also empowering educators to become the best version of themselves.
The Aspire value that resonates most with Noorina is Connecting Communities. In her view, building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community lies at the heart of high-quality early education. In addition, she is committed to fostering a sense of belonging for every child by embracing diversity and celebrating different cultures and backgrounds.
“I’m deeply committed to inspiring a love for learning by making education engaging, relevant and enjoyable. My goal is to shape children’s futures through meaningful educational experiences and support educators to be the best version of themselves.”
Since beginning her career in early childhood education in 2006, Noorina has gained a wealth of experience across various roles. She has previously worked as a Mentor, Pedagogical Leader, Centre Manager, 2IC to the Operations Manager, and Trainer and Assessor. Through these positions, her collaborative leadership style has been shaped, one that values listening, empowering, and inspiring others.
Outside of work, Noorina is an artist at heart. She enjoys painting landscapes, making music, and contributing as a research consultant for the Cultural and Indigenous Research Centre Australia. Additionally, she's proud to be involved in projects that support domestic violence awareness and women’s empowerment.
