Say Hello to Belinda - New Centre Manager Aspire Cranbourne West

We’re really pleased to welcome Belinda as the new Centre Manager at Aspire Cranbourne West!
Belinda has a strong belief in a holistic approach to early education, and she believes that children, families, and the wider community are all part of the learning journey. She’s passionate about helping children grow into confident, curious, and self-aware little people, and she loves creating a space where everyone feels they belong.
With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Belinda brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to nurturing the growth of both children and educators. Since beginning her journey in the sector back in 2001, she’s worked in a wide range of services and roles - supporting children, families and teams with dedication and care. She holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and has also trained as a neonatal support worker, which has given her a well-rounded view of children’s development from the very earliest stages of life.
She’s especially drawn to Aspire’s philosophy Connect, Learn and Grow, and sees her new role as an opportunity to bring those to life in the day-to-day experience at Cranbourne West. She’s eager to build strong, meaningful relationships with families, educators, and the local community.
Since starting last month, Belinda has already made a warm impression as manager, whether it’s through morning chats with families, hands-on involvement in programs, or simply spending time getting to know the children and educators. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and her presence is already making a positive impact around the service.
Outside of work, Belinda describes herself as a people person who loves to chat. She enjoys music, being creative, and bringing a bit of fun into everyday moments.
We’re so happy to have her on board and can’t wait to see where this new chapter takes Cranbourne West under her leadership.
