Meet Sunita - Aspire Unity Park's Centre Manager!
Aspire Early Education Unity Park is a brand-new Aspire centre opening soon in Tarneit, in Melbourne's West. We are so excited to welcome Sunita, who will be Unity Park's new Centre Manager! Sunita comes with a wealth of experience, local knowledge and a passion for creating safe and supportive environments for children, families and communities. Sunita has been working in the early childhood education sector since 2009. She began her journey in 2009 as a casual educator, quickly discovering her passion for working with children before moving into a permanent role as an Assistant Educator. Over the years, she has continued to challenge herself and grow, progressing into roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Manager, and Centre Manager.
She also holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching at the University of Melbourne.
Sunita loves being part of Aspire so far because it’s a growing company that values both professional and personal growth. With Aspire's expansion in the industry, she feels proud to grow alongside it. The Aspire value that resonates most with Sunita is Building Trust.

Her leadership approach focuses on coaching and mentoring her team, recognising their strengths, and supporting them to overcome challenges. She believes in celebrating every achievement, big or small, so everyone feels valued and connected. When it comes to children, Sunita prioritises safety, strong relationships, and ensuring that both children and families feel heard and respected.
Sunita is passionate about supporting my team, sharing my knowledge, and helping them grow in their roles. I also value creating a welcoming environment where families feel supported and children’s voices are always heard.
Outside of work, Sunita enjoys spending time at home with her family - chatting, eating together, and watching something on TV.

The centre features six purpose-built indoor rooms and spacious outdoor areas supporting children's development from six weeks to six years old.
