Meet Sukhi, Cranbourne East's Centre Manager

We’re excited to welcome Sukhi into her new role as Centre Manager at Aspire Cranbourne East. She may be new to the position, but she’s certainly not new to Aspire. Sukhi has been part of the Aspire family since 2019 - working at Clyde North - and she’s pretty much done it all!

Where it all started

From in-house chef to Centre Manager (and everything in between). Did you know Sukhi first joined Aspire as an in-house chef before her real childcare journey began? She went on to complete a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as well as a Diploma in Business Management and soon moved into an educator role. focusing on early childhood development and working closely with children to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Over time, she stepped into leadership positions, supervising teams and ensuring the highest standards in child safety, behaviour management, and developmental milestones.

Why Sukhi loves Aspire

For Sukhi, working with children and like-minded people makes every day rewarding. Providing high-quality support and education, and knowing she’s helping children develop the skills and confidence they need for their future, is a huge source of pride. She also values that Aspire encourages continuous learning and development for both children and staff, which means she’s always evolving in her role.

A warm welcome

Sukhi’s smile is as warm and welcoming as it gets. You feel it the moment you walk into the centre. The connections she builds with children and families are as heart-warming as her smile itself. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where children feel inspired to explore, learn, and grow. By supporting children and families, she helps build stronger communities and encourages healthy, supportive relationships.Sukhi's goa;

Sukhi's goal as Centre Manager

She’s passionate about creating a warm, positive space where children can thrive, families feel welcome and supported, the community feels connected and her team feels valued and inspired.

Pop in and say hello

We’re so glad Sukhi took the step to lead the Cranbourne East centre. She’s been here only a few weeks, but she’s already doing an amazing job! Don’t forget to say hi next time you visit, Sukhi loves a good chat.
