Meet Shelby: The New Centre Manager at Aspire Ashbury
We are thrilled to introduce Shelby Biggs, the new Centre Manager at Aspire Early Education Ashbury, Armstrong Creek! With over 11 years of experience in early education, Shelby brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to her role. Her journey has included working directly with children as well as stepping into educational leadership and management positions, which have equipped her with a deep understanding of early education.
Shelby dedicates her time to supporting and guiding each child's unique early learning journey. She believes that these formative years are a precious time for children to explore and build connections to people, places, and experiences. This shapes their understanding of themselves and the world around them. Shelby commits to fostering a nurturing, respectful, and inclusive environment where families and children feel safe, supported, and valued.
"I look forward to working closely with our families and children to create a warm and welcoming community," Shelby shares. "It's such a privilege to witness the wonder and joy as children learn, grow, and discover new connections every day."
When Shelby isn’t at the centre, she loves making special memories with her son. From searching for pirate treasure at the beach and hiding from dragons to dancing, camping trips, and bushland adventures, Shelby embraces the magic of childhood both at work and at home. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her two beloved Labradors, who are always ready for a new adventure!
