Sadia brings over 12 years of experience in the early childhood education sector, along with a passion for inclusive learning, strong team leadership and building meaningful connections with families.
Learn more about her career, passion for early childhood, and values below.
Sadia began her career in early childhood education in 2014 as a casual Educator. Since then, she has progressed through a range of roles, including Room Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Manager and now Centre Manager. Each role has helped Sadia develop a deeper understanding of early childhood education, leadership, teamwork, and the importance of creating a nurturing environment for children, families, and educators.
Holding a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Sadia has a strong understanding of the importance of providing high-quality early learning experiences and creating environments where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore.
Sadia was drawn to Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten because of its commitment to quality early childhood education, professional development and creating meaningful experiences for children and families.
"I am proud to be part of an organisation where I can contribute my knowledge, support Educators in reaching their potential, and help build a positive, inclusive and welcoming learning environment."
For Sadia, being a Centre Manager is about more than leading a team. It's about creating a positive centre culture where Educators feel empowered, families feel connected and every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Of Aspire's values, Building Trust is the one that resonates most strongly with Sadia.
"I believe trust and respect is the foundation of meaningful relationships, whether with children, families or colleagues. As a leader, I strongly believe in listening, valuing different perspectives, and creating an environment where everyone feels heard, supported and appreciated."
Sadia is particularly passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that recognise and celebrate every child's individuality.
She also believes that supporting and mentoring Educators is an essential part of delivering exceptional early childhood education.
"Great leadership is not about having all the answers, but about empowering others, encouraging continuous learning, and leading by example. Seeing Educators grow in confidence and children flourish brings me immense satisfaction."
Through her collaborative leadership approach, Sadia strives to create an environment where both children and Educators feel confident, valued and inspired to grow.
Outside of her role at Aspire, Sadia enjoys exploring new places, meeting new people and getting involved in community activities.
With a background in organising community events, she understands the importance of bringing people together and building meaningful connections.
Sadia also loves a good laugh and believes that kindness, positivity and a little sense of humour can make even the busiest days brighter!
With her extensive experience, passion for early childhood education and commitment to building strong relationships, Sadia brings a warm and supportive leadership approach to her role as Centre Manager.
We are delighted to have Sadia as part of the Aspire Unity Park team and she cannot wait to build on family relationships and meet more people in the Tarneit Community!
