Meet Parry, Centre Manager at Aspire Thornhill Village

Parwinder Kaur, or Parry as everyone knows her, has been part of the early childhood education world since 2008. Over the years she has grown into a confident and caring leader who genuinely loves supporting her team, children and families. Today she brings all that experience and passion into her role as Centre Manager at Aspire Thornhill Village.
Parry started her career as an Educator and quickly discovered how much she enjoyed helping children learn and feel safe. As she moved into roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader and Assistant Centre Manager, she realised that what she loved just as much was supporting the people around her. Mentoring educators, building confidence in her team, and watching everyone grow together became one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
With a Diploma in Children’s Services plus qualifications in First Aid, Food Safety Supervision, and Child Safe Standards, Parry brings both knowledge and care into everything she does. Families and educators know they can rely on her because she leads with sincerity, understanding, and a commitment to quality.
Parry is passionate about creating spaces where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn. She loves being part of that early chapter in a child’s life, where every experience matters. Mentoring educators and helping them bring out the best in each child is what motivates her every day.
Aspire is a place where Parry feels truly aligned with the values and supported in her role. She loves being part of an organisation that not only helps educators do their best work but also strengthens the support offered to families and children. The systems and tools Aspire provides make it easier to mentor teams, streamline processes, and stay on top of compliance, which means educators can spend more time building meaningful relationships with children and connecting with families. For Parry, this all contributes to a warm, positive, and enriching environment where everyone feels supported.
Empowering Excellence truly reflects who Parry is as a leader. She believes that when educators are encouraged, supported and trusted, they naturally do their best work. For her, excellence isn’t about perfection. It’s about celebrating progress, offering guidance and creating an environment where people feel proud of what they do.
Parry leads with warmth, communication, and genuine care. She believes in being present, listening and creating a welcoming atmosphere for her team. In addition, she loves coaching educators and giving them the confidence to grow. She also takes time to build strong relationships with families, so they always feel included and supported in their child’s learning journey.
When she’s not at the centre, Parry enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places and spending time with the people she cares about. Gardening is one of her favourite ways to relax and recharge.
