Meet our new Assistant Centre Manager at Aspire Tarneit North

Aspire Tarneit North is thrilled to welcome Lydia Pinto as the new Assistant Centre Manager. Lydia brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education and has already made a fantastic first impression. From her first day, Lydia showed how naturally she connects with both children and families, creating warm and genuine interactions that reflect her passion for early learning.
Originally from India, Lydia has been part of the Melbourne community for the past seven years. She is fluent in both English and Hindi and is excited to connect with the diverse families within the Aspire community.
Before joining Aspire Tarneit North, Lydia spent the last few years supporting a Senior Leadership Team (SLT), where she worked closely with her service manager to meet key objectives and provide high-quality care and education. Her dedication and professionalism will be a valued addition to the team.
Lydia is passionate about ensuring every child receives the best possible care. She is excited to work together with the team and families towards this important goal. Lydia is also a mum, and her son attends daycare at the centre. Having her own child at Aspire deepens her understanding of what families truly need from an early education setting as well.
We’re so pleased to have Lydia on board and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to make at Aspire Tarneit North.
