Meet Natalie, Aspire Baldivis’s New Centre Manager
Aspire Early Education Baldivis has a new Centre Manager at the service. Natalie Stevens has recently stepped into this role and is so excited to get to know the Baldivis community. With a strong centre leadership team around her, she will bring the centre from strength to strength. Get to know Natalie in her own words.
Hi everyone, I would love to take this opportunity to introduce myself as Aspire Baldivis’s new Centre Manager! I’m Natalie and I am so thrilled to be taking the next step in my ECE career at Aspire Baldivis. I have worked in the early years sector for over a decade, starting in 2012. I also have studied hard and have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Outside of work I love being a mum to my two children, Milla and Reeve. I live within the Baldivis neighbourhood with them and my FIFO partner. It is a joy to live and work in the close-knit Baldivis community, and I look forward to forging these bonds at the centre.
I believe that each and every child has the right to feel safe and secure within our service and have access to the highest quality education and care. When a child feels safe and secure, it is then that we can further scaffold children’s interests and learning. As early educators, it is our duty to ensure that each child is safe, feels seen and heard and that they create meaningful relationships both with us as educators and each other.
Finally, I look forward to getting to know the families at Aspire Baldivis and their children. I am always around for a chat, so if you have any questions, please reach out!
