Monika's career journey

With nearly 10 years of experience in the early childhood education industry, Monika has built a rewarding career through dedication, passion, and a commitment to continuous growth. Throughout her journey, she has worked across various roles, progressing from an Educator into Centre Manager. Each step has provided valuable opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and grow both personally and professionally, shaping the leader she is today.

What drew her to Aspire

Monika was drawn to Aspire by the opportunity to continue growing as a leader in an industry she is truly passionate about. With nearly 10 years of experience in early childhood education, she values being part of a supportive team that shares her commitment to creating positive learning experiences for children and building meaningful partnerships with families.

Her approach to leadership and passion for the industry

Monika believes that effective leadership is built on strong relationships, open communication, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and respected. She is passionate about working alongside educators, sharing knowledge and ideas, and empowering her team to grow in confidence and reach their full potential. What Monika loves most about early childhood education is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives. Watching children learn, grow, build confidence, and discover new skills is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role. She also values building strong partnerships with families and feels privileged to be part of each child’s early learning journey. Monika believes that when educators feel supported and inspired, they are better equipped to create meaningful learning experiences and provide a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Monika is a proud mum to two boys, aged 12 and 5. Family is incredibly important to her, and she loves spending quality time with her boys, creating special memories, and enjoying life’s precious moments together. Monika also enjoys travelling, exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and discovering new things along the way.
