With more than 10 years of experience in the early childhood education and care sector, Leena has built a rewarding career dedicated to supporting children, families, and educators. Throughout her journey, she has held a variety of leadership roles, each providing valuable opportunities to grow professionally while strengthening her passion for high-quality early learning.

What drew her to Aspire

For Leena, joining Aspire was an opportunity to be part of an organisation that shares her passion for nurturing children's development during their most important early years.
