Meet Lauree - Aspire Lucas New Centre Manager!
Aspire Early Education Lucas is a brand-new Aspire centre opening soon in regional Ballarat. We are so excited to welcome Lauree, who is the new Centre Manager at Aspire Lucas! Lauree is a familiar face at Aspire and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry.

Lauree has worked in the early education industry since 1998, holding various roles throughout the years. She previously lived in the UK, where she had a career as a nanny, before moving to Australia as a centre Chef. She has then continually progressed in the early childhood education sector, stepping into leadership roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader, Centre Manager, Area Manager, and Operations Manager.
Lauree holds an Advance diploma in community sector management and Diploma in Early Childhood education.
Lauree is very passionate about early education and loves supporting and mentoring her educators to be the best they can be. She also loves forming strong relationships with children and families, as she knows it takes a community to raise children.
Lauree's leadership approach is grounded in creating a strong sense of belonging for children, families, and educators. She strives to ensure everyone feels supported and confident, and that our service is a safe and welcoming community. Compliance is a key priority for her, and she is committed to maintaining high standards. Above all, Lauree wants her team and families to feel valued, respected, and heard.
In her personal life, Lauree is a proud mum of 3 ranging from 23, 21 and 1 year old. She loves to go camping and heading out on the water with her family jet ski. In her down time, she truly loves spending time with friends and family and continually learning new things.

She truly believes that if we don’t have trust with the children - families and team members don’t feel secure in their environment.

The centre features seven purpose-built indoor rooms and spacious outdoor areas supporting children's development from six weeks to six years old.
