Meet Kristin – Aspire Berwick Water's New Centre Manager

We’re delighted to welcome Kristin Dunmall to the Aspire Berwick Waters team as the new Centre Manager! Bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the role, Kristin is a passionate and capable leader who values strong connections with her team, children, and families. Kristin's career journey

Kirstin has worked in early childhood education since 2007, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the role. She has worked across a wide range of roles, beginning as a cleaner and progressing through Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now Centre Manager - a role she has held for the past five years She also holds Diploma of Early Education and Care.

She is passionate about inspiring others to grow and reach their potential. While also nurturing strong, supportive relationships with educators, children, and families. Kirstin is deeply passionate about early education, with a strong focus on the health and safety of every child. She is committed to empowering and training her team to ensure these priorities are consistently upheld, leading by example and fostering a culture where children’s safety and wellbeing always comes first.

She is dedicated to making Aspire feel like a home away from home for children, families, and educators alike. As a mother of three boys, Kristin has a strong understanding of the importance of the first five years of life and is passionate about nurturing and supporting children during these critical early years.
