Kim's career journey

Kim has had the privilege of working in the Early Childhood Education industry for over 25 years, a profession that continues to inspire and motivate Kim every day. Kim has had the opportunity to work across a variety of roles within the sector, each one shaping her understanding of the profound impact quality education and care can have on children, families, and communities.

What drew her to Aspire

What drew Kim to Aspire was the opportunity to make a lasting difference during a child's most important years. Kim was inspired by the natural curiosity and potential of young children and the ability to support their growth, confidence, and sense of belonging through meaningful relationships and quality education.
