Meet Aspire Donnybrook’s New Centre Manager Neeru!

Our Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Donnybrook centre recently opened this year, and we are fortunate to have Neeru join the team as Donnybrook’s Centre Manager. Neeru has been a great addition to the Donnybrook team, with her positive spirit and wealth of knowledge in the early education industry.

How did you begin your career in Early Education and what has your career journey?

I began my career in education in 2010 as a primary school teacher. After having my child, I decided to transition to early childhood education. I started my own family day care, which I successfully ran for six years. This experience transformed my interest in early childhood education into a true passion, and I couldn’t pass the opportunity to join Aspire as their Centre Manager.

What inspired you to go into this type of work?

My deep affection for young children fuels my dedication to building trust and providing them with the care they truly deserve. I am committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for young children where they can thrive and feel valued.

What is your favourite thing about working with children?

My favourite thing about working with children is the love they have and seeing their smiles every day. This truly makes my day full of happiness, and I enjoy coming into work every day.

What are some of your learning philosophies?

My learning philosophy is that every child is unique and possesses their own distinct way of learning. I believe in recognising and nurturing these individual differences to help each child reach their full potential and make their transition into their next educational journey easier.

What have you liked about working as a Centre Manager at Aspire Donnybrook so far?  

Aspire is a company where I have felt incredibly supported and appreciated for all the hard work. It’s a place where our efforts are recognised, and our contributions truly matter, and I have enjoyed my time in this leadership role so far.  Being able to create a positive environment where children can thrive is very rewarding.

What are some of your interests and hobbies outside of work?
