Ashley's career journey

Ashley's passion for Early Education began when she was searching for an early learning centre for her own children. Experiencing first-hand the importance of finding a service that felt safe, nurturing and genuinely supportive gave Ashley a deep appreciation for the significant impact early learning environments can have on children and their families. This experience inspired Ashley to pursue a career in the sector where she was fortunate to work across a range of educational and leadership roles, each helping shape her understanding of what high-quality early learning looks like.

What drew her to Aspire

What drew Ashley to Aspire is the commitment to creating high-quality learning environments where children are encouraged to grow, explore and develop a strong sense of belonging. Ashley was drawn to Aspire’s strong focus on building meaningful relationships, fostering a sense of community, and supporting educators to create engaging learning experiences for children. To opportunity to bring these values to life at Aspire Lara, while helping establish a new centre and build a strong community from the beginning is something Ashley is proud to be apart of.

Ashley is deeply committed to building strong relationships, fostering trust and empowering others to grow and succeed. Ashley believes the best outcomes for children are achieved when educators feel valued, supported and connected to the community. By creating a positive and collaborative culture, Ashley's aims to ensure the team feel confident in their practice and proud of the important role they play in children's early years.

Ashley is also passionate about building strong relationships with families, where families feel welcomed, heard and confident that their children are receiving care, encouragement and the learning opportunities they deserve.
