Posted May 13th 2026

We are excited to introduce Ashlea Organ, the new Centre Manager at Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Lollipop Hill, located in the Manor Lakes community. We're so excited to have her onboard with her wealth of knowledge and passion for the Early Education industry.

Get to know more about Ashlea and her passion for working in early education.

Ashlea's career journey

Ashlea has been working in the Early Education sector for the past 17 years. Ashlea began her journey in early childhood education in 2009 and has worked across a variety of roles throughout her career, from supporting children and educators within rooms to progressing into leadership and area management positions. Ashlea brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to the Aspire community. Her broad experience has shaped her strong understanding of building positive team cultures and creating welcoming environments for children and families.

Holding a relevant Diploma qualification, Ashlea was drawn to Aspire because of the company’s values, vision, and strong sense of inclusion and belonging. The Aspire value that resonates most with her is Connection Communities.

Ashlea says: “Being part of a community brings people together, builds trust, and empowers others to connect. It’s like being part of a big family where everyone supports one another.”

Her approach to leadership and why she loves the industry

Ashlea’s leadership approach focuses on creating a positive, supportive, and respectful environment where every team member feels valued and heard. She believes strong communication, leading by example, and building genuine relationships with educators are key to creating a strong and connected team culture. When supporting children and families, Ashlea is passionate about building trusting relationships and creating a welcoming environment where families feel comfortable, included, and supported throughout their early learning journey. One of the aspects Ashlea loves most about early childhood education is being part of the special moments in each child’s development.

Ashlea says, “one of the most rewarding parts of early education is watching each child achieve their own individual milestones."

She loves supporting children grow in their confidence, development, and sense of belonging while celebrating each child for who they are as an individual.

Outside of work

In Ashlea's leisure time, she is a proud mum to four boys who all love sport. Much of her free time is spent cheering them on from the sidelines, whether that’s at the basketball stadium or the football field.

Ashlea is excited to continue building strong connections with the Lollipop Hill community and looks forward to welcoming families into the centre.
