We are excited to introduce Alice the new Centre Manager at Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Redstone Sunbury. Joining the team recently, we are thrilled to have her onboard with her wealth of expertise and love for the industry.

Alice's career journey

With over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, Alice has worked across a variety of roles, beginning her journey as a trainee and progressing into leadership. Throughout her career, building strong and meaningful relationships with children, families and educators has remained at the heart of her work and continues to shape her approach to early learning.

What drew her to Aspire

Alice is excited to be part of the Aspire Redstone journey and to contribute to creating a service where children, families and educators feel welcomed, supported and connected from the very beginning. She is passionate about helping build a community where relationships are valued, families feel confident in their children's care, and every child has a strong sense of belonging.

Her approach to leadership and passion for the industry

For Alice, leadership starts with connection. She believes the strongest early learning services are built when children, families, educators and the wider community feel welcomed, respected and genuinely connected. She is passionate about creating an environment where families feel confident in the care their children receive, children feel safe and develop a sense of belonging, and educators feel supported to grow, share their strengths and thrive as part of a team. What she loves most about Early Childhood Education is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and create a community around each child. She believes that when families and educators work together, they create the strongest foundation for children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Outside of Work

Outside of her career, Alice has a strong passion for dog showing. As a second-generation dog exhibitor and breeder, she has grown up immersed in the show world, developing a lifelong connection to the industry. She currently exhibits Smooth Fox Terriers and hopes to one day achieve her goal of becoming a dog show judge.
