Ale is a highly experienced Centre Manager with more than 10 years in the early childhood education and care sector. Throughout her career, she has supported children during some of the most important years of their development while building extensive experience across a range of educational and leadership positions. Her focus has always been on creating positive learning experiences that help children feel supported, valued, and ready to thrive.
Ale says, "Throughout my career, I have held a variety of educational and leadership roles, which have strengthened my passion for creating environments where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn every day."
Ale was drawn to Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten because of its shared commitment to creating nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments where children can thrive. She was looking for a centre that values strong partnerships with families and provides meaningful learning experiences that encourage children to grow, explore, and develop with confidence.
Ale's goal at Aspire Eglinton is to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community where every child feels a true sense of belonging and every family feels valued and supported. Ale believes that strong partnerships between families and educators are the foundation of a positive early learning experience, and she love getting to know each child and family who walks through our doors.
As a mother herself, Ale understands firsthand how important it is to find a centre where your child is nurtured, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. Her daughter inspires her every day and continually reminds her of the importance of creating meaningful experiences that help children grow, learn, and thrive.
When Ale's not at the centre, you'll often find her spending time with her family or out cycling and exploring the local community. Ale loves being active, enjoying the outdoors, and making the most of family adventures.
