Manor Lakes February Construction Update
The earth has been moving at Aspire Early Education Manor Lakes and things are looking great! Construction at the centre is going along smoothly, with the team working on the interior and exterior of the building.
Most of the building’s exterior is completed, with windows installed, cladding and brickwork completed and painting done. A stark difference from our last construction check-in.
Interiors are currently being worked on, with plumbing and kitchen installations expected to happen soon. The plasterboard is up, ready to be painted, and flooring will be installed soon after. Doors will also be fitted shortly.
Outside landscaping has yet to commence, but is set to begin soon. The carpark and driveway also need to be poured, as well as playground installation. These steps are usually completed towards the end of the construction cycle.
Aspire Manor Lakes will be serving the Manor Lakes, Wyndham Vale, Werribee and surrounding community. The centre is set to be delivered by the end of the year, but we will continually update as construction continues.
The team is working tirelessly to complete this centre, and we can’t wait to open our doors to the community soon!
