We have been so pleased to see great progress made at Aspire’s upcoming Ashbury, Armstrong Creek centre. Check out all the latest July construction updates below.
The exterior brickwork and cladding is practically complete, except in a few places where bricks won’t be used. These parts will have a more architectural look, using colour and different materials on the exterior. The scaffolding won’t be up forever though, and we are excited to unveil the full exterior of the building once it comes down!
One big update is that we have a roof now! Whilst not completely finished, the insulation, support beams and the external roofing is installed. This has helped as the weather has gotten quite wet windy over the last few weeks.
Work on the internal walls has been continued, with insulation all in place. The chipboard that adds to the base of the wall before plastering is currently being installed. Lines are also being drawn where the overhead A/C systems will be positioned in the room, which is important for maintaining a comfortable temperature in the centre.
The rest of The Square Ashbury complex is coming along nicely, and we are excited to be a part of a great community. We are extremely lucky with our position, surrounded by lush wetlands, and a growing community of people.
We are happy that the centre is well under way after these July construction updates. Enrolments are still open for this upcoming centre! If you are interested, call 1800 978 429 or click here to enquire today.
