Introducing Aspire Kalkallo’s New Centre Manager Ebru!
We are so excited to introduce our new Centre Manager at Aspire Kalkallo Ebru Kadir! Over the last month Ebru has enthusiastically settled into the centre, getting to know our Kalkallo staff and Aspire families. With Ebru’s wealth of knowledge in early education and her positive attitude, Aspire Kalkallo is thrilled to have her join the team as Centre Manager.
Get to know more about Ebru, her career journey, passions and her life outside of work.
Ebru began her career in Early Education because she’s always been passionate about the development and well-being of children. Her journey started with a deep interest in how early experiences shape a child’s future. Over the years, she’s worked in various roles within education, gradually building her expertise in creating nurturing and stimulating environments for young children. Her career has been driven by a commitment to fostering positive learning experiences, which has led her to Aspire Kalkallo, where she’s excited to bring her experience to support both children and staff.
Her inspiration comes from a belief that early childhood is the most crucial time for development. Ebru has always been fascinated by the way children learn and grow, and wanted to be a part of that process. The idea of contributing to their foundation for life-long learning and helping them become confident, capable individuals is what truly motivates her.
Ebru’s favorite thing about working with children is their natural curiosity and enthusiasm. They approach the world with a sense of wonder that’s infectious. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the joy on their faces when they learn something new or achieve a milestone. Being part of their growth and helping to guide their development is what Ebru loves most about this work.
Ebru believes in a child-centered approach to learning, where the environment is tailored to meet the individual needs and interests of each child. Its important to emphasize play-based learning, as it allows children to explore, discover, and learn in ways that are natural and enjoyable for them. Additionally, Ebru is a strong advocate for creating inclusive spaces where every child feels valued and supported, fostering not just academic but also social and emotional growth.
Outside of work, Ebru enjoys activities that allow her to unwind and recharge. She’s passionate about exploring new cultures and often spend my free time traveling or planning her next adventure. She stays active through activities like Yoga and Pilates which helps maintain a healthy balance in life. Ebru’s go to activity is spending time with my husband and our fur baby Milo.
What Ebru has enjoyed most about working at Aspire Kalkallo is the strong sense of community and collaboration. The team here is dedicated and passionate about providing high-quality care and education, which aligns perfectly with her own values.
