Early Childhood Educators’ Day at Aspire Early Education
September the 4th celebrates Early Childhood Educators' Day. On this day, we lift up and commemorate all the wonderful educators who build the backbone of Aspire and early learning centres everywhere. Early childhood educators are the heart and soul of our children’s first learning experiences. Their dedication, passion, and endless patience shape young minds, foster creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Let’s see how our centres celebrated their educators this Early Childhood Educators’ Day!
Aspire Early Education Bendigo went all-out for their Early Educators’ Day festivities! The team put together a range of fun games all about the entire centre team. One of the highlights was their reinvented version of the popular game “Guess Who” featuring the faces of everyone at the centre! The team also set up another wall with pictures of the centre team members as babies. Everyone had to guess which picture was who, which was a lot of fun. There was also a classic “Guess the lollies in the jar” game, with the best guessing team member taking home the jar!
Everyone also got a little present on behalf of the management team, making it the perfect way to top off the day!
At Aspire Pakenham, they truly went above and beyond to celebrate their amazing educators! The day started with a delectable grazing board for morning tea, followed by relaxing massages courtesy of Fiona. For lunch, they indulged in a special Sri Lankan feast featuring a delicious array of dishes, and then some sweet treats like chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert! Each educator was presented with a beautiful rose and a heartfelt thank you card from the management team. This showed their deep gratitude for their hard work. To cap off the celebration, they proudly donned the shirts we created during our Sip and Paint night a few weeks ago!
Beveridge educators and centre staff had a wonderful Early Childhood Educators’ Day. They had a wonderful lunch set up for them. The team got fitted out in personalised shirts with their name on them. It was a special time of bonding, and made the team feel closer than ever, especially with their matching shirts. Check them out in the photos below! Each centre team member also got a little gift pack with an Aspire mug, snacks and self-care goodies.
The team at Wollert put on a fabulous spread for Early Childhood Educators’ Day! Decked out in purple and green balloons, to match Aspire’s colours, the centre celebrated each of their team members. The Aspire Wollert team had a special lunch of the most delicious-looking charcuterie board. It is safe to say the centre team was treated to a fabulous feast. There was also a photobooth for educators to take pictures to remember the day. The management team organised a gift for each of the educators, as a token of their appreciation.
In celebrating Early Childhood Educators' Day, Aspire centres across the board went above and beyond to honour their dedicated teams. Each centre found unique and heartfelt ways to show appreciation, from fun games at Bendigo and personalised gifts at Beveridge to luxurious massages and feasts at Pakenham and Wollert. These celebrations acknowledged the hard work and passion of early childhood educators and strengthened the bonds between team members. This reminds us of their vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
