Children’s Christmas and End of Year Celebrations
What a fun month it has been with Aspire centres holding their End of Year and Christmas celebrations for families! These events have been a fantastic way for our Aspire families to come together and have fun and celebrate the year that’s been.
From Santa visits, to face painting, reptile shows and delicious food spreads, these events were a memorable day for all. Read on to see some of the fun celebrations at our centres below!
Aspire Pakenham’s end-of-year party was held at Croc’s Playcentre in Pakenham and was a huge hit with both children and parents. Santa, the Elf, and Gingerbread man all visited the party, and the children loved giving hi-five’s, hugs and taking adorable pictures with the trio! The fire truck photo booth was also a big attraction at the event! The amazing team from Pakenham CFA also kindly visited the party, which made the day even more special for the children. There was plenty of food, fun, and laughter for everyone, and will certainly be an event to remember!
Aspire Kalkallo also went to a play-centre for their end-of-year party - Lollipop's Playland in Roxburgh Park. It was a fun day out for the children away from the centre, and a great time for families to mingle.
Families at Aspire Riverwalk, Werribee also had a wonderful evening at their Children’s Christmas Party. They had a special visit from Werribee CFA who brought Santa with them on the fire truck! This received many smiles and cheers from the children who were excited to see Santa appear. There was also face painting and a wonderful Reptile show, thanks to Dream Faces painting and Wildlife Xposure. The Riverwalk team also cooked up a delicious BBQ, with some salads and fruit, leaving everyone’s tummies very full!
Santa also arrived at Aspire Cobblebank’s end-of-year party, spreading some Christmas joy throughout the centre. The children also had the opportunity to have their faces painted by the team at Balloonland. There was also a delicious popcorn machine and food made by Cobblebank’s chef including pizza and chicken and veggie pastas.
Children also had loads of fun at Aspire Cranbourne West's Christmas party. Set up in the carpark, the children enjoyed getting their faces painted, participating in sensory activities, exploring arts and crafts and more. There was also some food trucks and a yummy ice cream van for children and parents to indulge. The team were also fortunate enough to have Charlie Silly Pants join for a magical show which had the children in hysterics! The wonderful Santa also visited to spread some Christmas cheer. And for the parents, they could participate in a free raffle with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes up for grabs. It was a wonderful evening had by all at our first established Aspire centre!
Aspire Kennington Bendigo ventured to the local park for their children’s Christmas party. The sun was shining and there was so much fun to be had with a visit from Santa and Bluey, which bought smiles to the children’s faces! There were also fun sports activities provided by the team from Little Sports Heroes’, and beautiful Christmas face painting by Scribbles. The Bendigo team couldn't be more grateful for the families who attended and made this year as special as it was!
At Aspire Tarneit Square, they also had a special visit from Santa at their children’s Christmas party. The excitement among the children was palpable as they eagerly anticipated his arrival. There was also heaps of other fun to be had including cookie decorating, bauble crafts, face painting and balloon artists. The team also had Messy bubs in attendance with their amazing Christmas themed sensory trays. See a couple of them below!
There was also a popcorn and slushie machine which was a special treat for the children, and families enjoyed the food spread that was also provided. As Tarneit Square's first Christmas party, it was a memorable one that sparked much joy!
These were only some of the end-of-year celebrations across our Aspire centres, with every centre celebrating the festive season in some way.
