Atherstone’s Community Fun Fair @ the Bridge
For Early Learning Matters Week, Aspire Atherstone, in partnership with Lendlease and Atherstone Estate, held a Fun Fair Event at the Bridge Road Community Centre. Our Aspire families and the local community were invited to this event to help us celebrate Early Learning Matters Week and this year’s theme ‘Learning through Connection’.
Early Learning Matters Week aims to recognise and raise the profile of early childhood education and care in children’s development and wellbeing in Australia. High-quality early education and care supports children to be confident, enthusiastic learners, and helps them transition smoothly to school.
It was a great morning at the community centre, with a coffee van set up for the parents, and face painting and a range of fun activities to keep the children entertained.
We are proud at Aspire Atherstone to have strong connections with the community, and will continue to foster these relationships. Thank you to all the families who joined us and celebrated this community event with us.
