Quality Care for Your Child
Our Atherstone Estate early learning centre opened in 2019 and caters for children aged 6 months old in our nursery to 6 years old within our comprehensive Kindergarten Program. We are located at the corner of Atherstone Boulevard and Bridge Road, only a short distance from the Wilton Fields Park and Atherstone Adventure Park. With 8 rooms and more than 887 square metres of space, there is plenty of room for your child to play, explore and learn with the support of our experienced and friendly educators.
Our educators are kind natured and compassionate. We encourage children to explore their individual strengths and interests, and we cater to any additional requests you may have. We aim to create a homely environment where every child has a sense of belonging and feels like a valued member of the community. We respect and honour the role of family throughout a child’s educational journey, and we keep you informed at every stage through KinderM8. Our aim is to deliver the best care and quality education for every child, through our combination of sensory and play-based learning.
Bringing the Outdoors In
Our indoor rooms have been purpose-designed for specific age groups and are stimulating, safe and secure. We offer an expansive outdoor area which connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms, which gives children the opportunity to enjoy our outdoor facilities such as sand pits, cubby houses, swing sets, bike paths, rock climbing and dry creek beds. We regularly run outdoor programs, ranging from environmental education through to sports activities. Within this safe and secure outdoor environment, children will develop their cognitive function and social skills through interaction with their peers and by creating new friendships. Children are free to explore at their leisure, discovering new concepts and interests, whilst gaining an understanding of environmental sustainability and the importance of nature.
Everything Provided, Nothing to Worry About
As parents, we understand that life can be busy, that’s why everything is included within your child’s fees. All daily necessities (such as nappies and linen) are provided and there are no hidden or extra charges. Your child will be supplied with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, which are all prepared by our qualified cook. All meals are made fresh and meet Nutrition Australia’s Dietary Guidelines.
Your child will have the opportunity to participate in a range of extracurricular activities such as language and music, as well as physical education programs. Striking a balance between theoretical and practical learning helps to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of children whilst also strengthening social skills and cognitive development.
Meet our centre manager.
I am delighted to be a part of the Aspire Atherstone community as your Centre Manager. I worked in the Childcare Sector for many years, starting as an Assistant Educator. I have four children and one granddaughter, which keeps family at the forefront of everything I do. I am a person that prides myself on integrity and it is important to me to demonstrate my values every day. I value honesty, compassion, and loyalty.
I believe that all children have a voice, I treat every child with dignity and truly listen to them. Success is when they flourish in an environment where they feel safe and have a true sense of belonging. Families can trust me to do my very best for them and I have an open-door policy encouraging families and educators to approach me with feedback or concerns. I look forward to getting to know you all.
