Aspire Team Celebrations After a Big 2024!
The Aspire Team across Australia have had a busy year! From Kinder Open Days to Community events, to all sorts of centre celebrations, our centres have put in their all. After a busy 2024, a well-deserved bit of fun to celebrate and reflect on the year is always welcome. Centres had staff end-of-year parties and events to lift up their teams and highlight staff that have gone above and beyond to educate and care for their children.
Aspire Early Education Riverwalk held a glamorous gala event for their team celebrations. Before the event, the centre management nominated the centre team for a number of awards, and asked the parents and centre families to vote for the winners.
Centre Manager Laura Pedretti was thrilled with the night “I think the biggest highlight was that we celebrated staff achievements with feedback directly from our families.”
"It is so encouraging to hear the feedback from parents and give it to our team in the form of an award."
The centre received over 250 votes for the various awards. What a great initiative to make educators and centre team members feel appreciated and valued! All in all, it was an incredible night to celebrate the Riverwalk team for their hard work, dedication and teamwork throughout 2024.
Over the weekend most of the Aspire Tarneit Square team headed out for their centre staff Christmas party.
Firstly, the team tried their luck in the escape rooms! They had some challenges and puzzles to solve and used the team's mix of skills to overcome them. Lucky for us, they made it out to return back to the centre on Monday.
Then they gave bowling a shot. This was great, with a few strikes bowled, and plenty of gutter balls. To the centre team’s surprise, everyone went crazy for laser tag! This truly brought out the competitive side in their team. It was such a great night bonding and having fun playing a variety of games and activities.
Like many centres, Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Kalkallo went out for a special team dinner to celebrate the team. Dinner at Mama Manoush on Lygon Street was a real treat with a Lebanese feast that was enjoyed by all! It was a joyous gathering to honour the journey the centre has gone on this year after opening in late 2023. They recognised the unwavering hard work and dedication that their remarkable team demonstrates day in and out.
The team felt truly appreciated by going to such a special place for dinner, and enjoyed each other’s company as the night went on afterwards. They are re-energised for a new year of fun and learning at their centre.
