Hi there! My name is Laura Pedretti and I am the new centre director at Aspire Werribee, Riverwalk. l am very excited to be a part of the Aspire Early Education team, and can’t wait to get to know each of our centre families. Building strong relationships with families is at the heart of what I do, and I’m eager to personally meet each of you.
With 14 years of experience in the childcare sector, my journey has been both rewarding and enriching. Previously, I spent 7 of those years as a Centre Director, which has further deepened my passion for leadership in early education. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education, I am now expanding my knowledge by pursuing a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Passionate about early learning, I love being part of each child’s educational journey every day. I focus on providing high-quality care, creating engaging learning experiences, and fostering nurturing environments where children can thrive and grow.
