Aspire Ramlegh Now Open – Meet our Team!

We are excited to announce that our newest Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Ramlegh centre in Clyde North is now open to families and the community!

Our Ramlegh centre has 8 spacious rooms that support children through their entire learning journey, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. It has been an exciting couple of weeks so far at our Ramlegh centre with the Aspire team settling in and children starting to commence care. We are fortunate to have a great team of educators and management staff on board at our Ramlegh centre who are very experienced and passionate about providing the best possible care.

Meet our Ramlegh management staff and room leaders below to learn more about their career journey and why they are excited to work at Aspire!

Ramlegh Management Team

Centre Manger - Zoe

Zoe is the Centre Manager at Aspire Ramlegh. Her journey with Aspire began in 2018 at Aspire Cranbourne West where she worked as a Room Leader. She then transferred to Aspire Pakenham as the Educational Leader/Assistant Centre Manager further progressing to Co-Centre Manager. Zoe studied through Selmar Institute and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Outside of work Zoe enjoys travelling, watching football, and partaking in water sports including jet skiing and wakeboarding.

Head of Curriculum – Lulu

Luli is the Head of Curriculum at Aspire Ramlegh. Lulu has been a fully VIT registered kindergarten teacher since 2015 and joined the Aspire family in 2018. She has worked in different roles, including kindergarten teacher, educational leader and assistant manager at Aspire and it has been a fantastic journey to learn, connect and grow with the children, families and Aspire communities. Outside of work, Lulu loves meditation, singing and continuous learning. She has recently completed a honors degree in psychology, aiming to do further studies and become a child psychologist.

Centre Support Coordinator – Dilini

Dilini Godage is the Centre Support Coordinator at Aspire Ramlegh. She has been working in the childcare sector since 2018. She started her childcare career back in New Zealand as an Assistant Educator and then transferred as a Centre Administrator. After moving to Victoria her journey with Aspire began in 2023 at Aspire Clyde North and is thrilled to now join the Ramlegh team. Besides her passion for children and work, Dilini enjoys travelling with her family, listening to music, singing and reading.

Nancy – 4 year old ECT

Nancy is the new 4-year-old ECT at Aspire Ramlegh and has worked in the early childhood sector since 2006. Nancy started at a childcare centre where she studied both a cert 3 and Diploma in Early Childhood. She then received her Bachelor of Early Childhood after she found her love for Kindergarten teaching, which eventually led her to her new adventure at Aspire. Outside of work, Nancy has 3 boys and 2 Staffi dogs.  She loves spending quality time with her family, going on walks, being at the beach and watching the AFL as she is a huge Bombers fan!

Nandini – 4 year old Kinder Assistant

Nandini is the 4 year old Kinder Assistant. She is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, which is set to conclude in October 2024. As an Educator, she aspires to inspire a lifelong love for learning, foster creativity, and instill essential life skills in children during their crucial formative years. Nandimi is excited about the opportunities ahead and committed to continuous growth as an educator.

Husnia – 3 Year Old Kinder Teacher

Husnia is the 3 year old Kinder teacher at Aspire Ramlegh. She has studied with Chisholm Institute and Deakin University and holds a Diploma and Bachelors in Early Childhood. She has worked as a Room Leader over the last 6 years and is excited about her journey now at Aspire. Outside of work, Husnia enjoys quality time with family, and spending quality time with her little son. Her interests are listening to music, shopping, exploring cities, watching movies and tv shows, and going to the beach.

Malsha – Assistant Educator Room 5

Malsha is the Assistant Educator in Room 5, and has been an Early childhood Educator for 3 years. She believes that the early years are an important time to nurture children’s love of learning and to foster their overall wellbeing. In her free time, she enjoy Dancing, shopping and hanging out with friends. Her favorite thing to do in the world is walking along the beach and collecting seashells.

Charleigh – Toddler Room 6 Leader

Charleigh is excited to be joining Aspire Ramlegh as a Toddler Room Leader in Room 6. She holds her Diploma and has 6 years’ experience working in Early Childhood Education. She has a passion for working with children, with a special interest in working with children with disabilities and additional needs. Charleigh is a mum to a beautiful girl, who is almost 3 and full of energy. In her free time, she loves to camp, explore outdoors as a family, before ending the weekend with a good Netflix movie.

Isabella – Toddler Room 3 Leader

Isabella is the Room Leader of Toddler Room 3.She has studied through VFA learning holding a Diploma qualification. Her journey with Aspire begun 4 years ago where she explored and engaged in many different rooms such as nursery, pre kinder and kinder room. However she has found her passion for toddlers as I believe I can support them on their journey of independence, learning and exploring the world. Outside of work Isabelle has an interest in Interior design and will be completing the next step in this journey.

Taylah – Assistant Educator Toddler Room 3

Taylah is the Assistant Educator in Toddler Room 3. She has a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Taylah is new to the Aspire family however has worked in childcare for over a year and a half. Taylah’s background is Australian and Italian so she’s very family oriented, with 2 brothers, a dog named Coco, a bird named Blue and 3 chickens. She enjoys reading, art, nature and photography.

Chloe – Room Leader Nursery Room 2

Chloe is the Room Leader in Nursery Room 2. Chloe currently holds a Diploma of Early Childhood and is doing further study as I will be starting my Bachelor of Early Childhood this year! She looks forward to expanding her knowledge and being able to bring all of the new knowledge into practise. In her spare time Chloe loves being outdoors and exploring how amazing our world is through travelling and going camping. She also loves spending time with family and sitting down and watching a great Netflix series.

Lani – Assistant Educator Nursery Room 2

Lani is the Assistant Educator in Nursery Room 2. Lani has worked in Early Childhood for nearly two years now and has loved every single bit of it. She is currently studying Cert 3 in Early Childhood Eduction and would like to complete my Diploma in the upcoming years. When she’s not at work, Lani likes to spend time with family and friends and go motorbike riding with her  dad up in Yarrum.

Soulayma – Lead Educator Nursery Room 1

Soulayma is the Lead Educator of Nursery Room 1. She’s been working in Early Childhood Education for the past 14 years. She has studied Cert 3 through Chisholm and Diploma through Selmar Institute. She migrated to Australia in 2020 and is a mum to four beautiful girls. Soulayma loves travelling with her family and visiting new country to learn about their cultural, food, and language. She also loves cooking, baking and sports.

Casey – Assistant Educator Nursery Room 1

Casey is the Assistant Educator for Nursery Room 1 where she has just begun her journey with Aspire. She studied Diploma of Early Childhood Education through Melbourne College Of Further Education in 2022. Outside of work, Casey volunteers at kids ministry church every Sunday. She also loves to read, enjoys singing and spending time with family.
