Aspire Proudly Supporting LLTF’s Picnic for Prems 2026

During April and May, our Aspire centres brought the Aspire community together to support Picnic for Prems. This event raises vital funds to help Life’s Little Treasures Foundation continue their important work supporting families of premature and sick babies.

Picnic for Prems shines a light on the isolation many families experience during the life‑changing journey of having a premature or sick baby. By gathering as a community, we hope to support LLTF’s essential services for families in hospital and transitioning home.

As a partner of Life's Little Treasures Foundation, these events have been a great way to get involved, while raising awareness for our charity partner. All our Aspire centres across Victoria and WA took part in this amazing initiative, and we thank our staff, families and community for attending these Picnic for Prems. Picnic for Prems at Aspire Cranbourne North

Aspire Cranbourne North held a wonderful Picnic for Prems in their yard at the centre. The children had their favourite teddy bears, and the centre chef made some lovely sweet treats and afternoon savoury snacks.

The team was also fortunate to have Life's Litte Treasure's Foundation CEO Felicia Welstead join the event, which the educator and families thoroughly enjoyed. It was great to have her there to share more about the wonderful work Life's Little Treasures does and their impact on families who have sick and premature babies. Felicia also loved interacting with families and staff alike, and sharing experiences together.

Aspire Cranbourne West's Picnic for Prems

Cranbourne West also held a lovely Picnic for Prems event at their centre. Their foyer setup in the lead up to the event looked incredible too, and amazing effort from their educators!.

There was so much yummy picnic food prepared by centre chef, it was hard to know where to begin eating! All of the centre children participated in an afternoon of fun, alongside their parents. LLTF CEO Felicia also joined this event, and it was great to have her part of the day.

It was great to see all our centres take part in Picnic for Prems events over the course of two weeks. We are grateful to our Aspire staff for putting on such wonderful events and spreading awareness for LLTF. Check out the pictures below and see if you can spot yours!

Thank you to everyone who joined the team at our picnics to raise awareness for premmies and sick babies, shedding light on the emotional, psychological, and financial toll it takes on families. And to those who donated to the cause, we are grateful for your contribution! We have raised over $500 so far, and we hope to see this number grow even more.
