Aspire Mambourin’s Construction Update
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Mambourin’s construction is currently underway! This is the newest to join the southwest Aspire centres, and we are excited to be joining this ever-growing community. Read on to see what the construction team is up to.
The team is excited to say that the skeleton of the building is in place, with support structures and walls. Built upon the cement foundation of the centre, the building has a strong base for all the fun activities that will occur on it in the future. This groundwork will perfectly set up the rest of the centre facade and internal spaces.
Installation has started for some of the glass for the windows, with the rest to follow shortly. The chipboard that builds up the structural integrity of the walls is also starting to go into place. After this, the cladding of the walls can begin.
There is still much to be completed at this centre, but we are looking forward to future updates! We forecast completing practical construction of Aspire Mambourin by the end of Q4 or the start of Q1 next year. Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Mambourin is a much-anticipated centre, being the first ELC in the suburb. Families have had to travel to surrounding suburbs such as Wyndham Vale or Manor Lakes to secure care for their children. This eight-roomed centre caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old.
Located at the heart of Mambourin Estate, this centre will become a core pillar of the community.
