Aspire Lucas is Now Open - Book a Tour!

We are excited to announce that our brand-new Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Lucas centre in Ballarat is officially open to families and the community!

It is located within the new Lucas master-planned community and situated next to parks and sporting facilities. It is also a 3-minute drive from Lucas Primary School, making it a convenient location for families. We are thrilled to open our first ever Aspire centre in Ballarat and can't wait to meet new families.

Aspire Lucas Learning Environments

Our Aspire Lucas centre has 7 spacious rooms that support children through their entire learning journey, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our service is a state-of-the-art facility with beautiful indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn and grow in. The indoor rooms feature various learning spaces and activities, and the outdoor yard includes a fun playground area, swings, sand pits, veggie gardens and more. Meet Lauree the Centre Manager!

Lauree has worked in the early education industry since 1998 and has progressed through a range of leadership roles including Room Leader, Educational Leader, Centre Manager, Area Manager, and Operations Manager. She is deeply passionate about early education, particularly supporting and mentoring educators and building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families.

Lauree values Aspire’s strong community focus and believes trust is essential for children, families, and teams to feel secure and supported. Her leadership style centres on creating a sense of belonging, maintaining high standards of compliance, and ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.

Along with Lauree, we have a passionate team of management staff and educators already onboarded at our centre.
